Hi everyone, just wanted to give an update regarding marketplace release date. To be short it’s a process. Technically speaking it has been already released with build 1.1.2.67 and available to use for anyone with most recent wallet version. There will be more manuals and use cases, right now We're working on the blog post that should guide you through the process of creation, updating and deleting your listing, as well as building your own online store on Zano blockchain.

As soon as it’s done, we’ll announce it to the general public and put it on the website with description and all the features. Right now, We wanted to share the vision we have with our community.
 
Zano marketplace is not an application or the website, we’ve seen number of implementations like this and we don’t think it’s a right approach. First, it contradicts the idea of decentralization, one of the main features of Zano, dev team shouldn’t be the owner of online store of any kind, it requires whole different set of skills and business process behind it. Second having all the listings in one place will make it bulky and hard to navigate through. There are so many things you can build on top of Zano blockchain, all kinds of online stores and service platforms. Each would probably have their own goods and categories, unique design and purchase process. And the last there shouldn’t be a single point of pressure if we’re trying to build the censorship resistant platform.
Zano marketplace does everything website owner needs from the blockchain side, it’s highly secure due to Zano unique hybrid consensus algo, anonymous and easy to use. It allows unlimited customization; it doesn’t even force you to you ZANO coins, deal can be settled in any agreed fiat or crypto currency, while listing is being broadcasted through Zano blockchain. Although using ZANO has certain advantages such as built-in escrow contracts with security deposit that could be adjusted to each situation. Which is very important when you’re dealing with completely anonymous counterparty.

Sorry for the late response. As you correctly noticed, we mostly focused on the development at this moment.
There are few pieces still missing in our product and we need to get it done before we can start pushing on the mainstream adoption.
Meanwhile, we are open for any ideas or potential partnerships, if you have something on your mind feel free to reach out!

You will need TT-MINER.... it's the best for ProgPowZ. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5025783.0
And 1 coin per block.... so minimum is 1 coin per block.... POW or POS. It doesn't go by percentage.

Love the ability to have a dual DB engine, shows how modular their design is.  It's a good feature to allow people to pick one until its confirmed that the new one is superior and that they removed the old engine...

I'm personally over the new engine since its release and no issue so far...

We have deeply refactored transaction pool. Since CryptoNote creation the transaction pool had architectural issues, which lead to performance overhead at synchronization phase: transaction verification (full semantic verification and the most heavy part being— ring signature check) was done twice for each transaction: the first time when adding tx to the pool, and the second time on adding to the blockchain storage. We reviewed and re-defined the tx pool concept, now the whole process of tx handling in tx pool is optimized and simplified. We implemented a new concept of “on board transaction” for blocks at synchronization phase as well as for alternative block handling.
This should make node synchronization process up to twice faster and also make tx pool code more transparent and reliable.

[+] wallet: small mined outputs (1.0 ZANO) optimization: when there are plenty of them (>100), they will be automatically packed together in a self-directed tx when a new PoS block is found
[*] macOS: zanod and simplewallet binaries are now available in Contents/MacOS folder
[+] simplewallet: new commands: print_utxo_distribution, export_recent_transfers, sweep_below
[+] simplewallet: new command-line parameter --pos-mining-reward-address allows to send all PoS rewards to another address while keeping stakes at the mining wallet
[+] simpewallet RPC: sweep_below method added
[+] GUI: implemented pagination in transaction window
[*] mdbx engine updated (they resolved a Unicode issue as we had requested)
[*] updated list of the seed nodes
[*] many minor fixes and improvements

My 1660ti gets ~ 13 mh/s at efficient settings so you should get ~ 10-11 mh/s.
