I tossed a couple bucks on the Miami Heat to close out the Boston Celtics tonight. I think Bston gave it their all last game to avoid a sweep and now it’s time for them to go fishing and leave the Finals for a matchup between the Heat and the Nuggets. I think the Nuggets will win that series fairly easily as Miami just doesn’t have enough talent.

Same here. I took the ML while leaning on the Heat to win because I believe that if ever the Celtics will win the game later, it will be a blown out win and the handicap might be useless to do. But I reckon that it may not be possible because other than the fact that the Celtics doesn't have any homecourt advantage, they have already fulfilled their wishes and this time, they know that it's already done.

It's been a good run for the whole franchise but I do think they are already seeing the nearing end. Seems like they were just being overrated all this time because instead of bouncing back, they ended up choking in the most important phase in conference playoffs and failed to participate in the Finals again.

I favored for the Celtics today on the ML and handicap and bet on that 1-3, 6-10, and 11-14 lead for them as I see they will make it and that was at loss having that 17 blowout, wow I never thought that Celtics would made a run in the final quarter. Jayson Tatum is being aggressive and we didn't see this on the recent matches or it's not him that putting the efforts. I don't know if they can pull it again to a game 6 but that's unlikely, the Heat will came up with a win the next game.

I am also going with the Boston Celtics right now there might be a good chance for them to get that win they may be playing at home but they don't have a good record when playing at home, but they expose the Miami Heat last game so they might get a chance in getting this win so I think it is a good decision for them to retaliate now,

I'm also taking the handicap for Miami Heat -7.5 @ 2.03 and for the moneyline @ 3.44 as well because why not, as you said, they will not just watch the Celtics control the game and there's a good chance too that they will force a win so that they can finish the series because the Nuggets already have a plenty time of rest. Making the series much longer will put them in a disadvantageous side.

1 more win and they could surely advance to the finals if I could see this I might at least give the Celtics some credit in exposing the Miami Heats defense, but the Miami Heat could also have an answer about this or the Celtics could break through I think this game will likely make it on game 6 for sure, so I will be taking the Celtics side,

Tough call but it will in the hands of the Celtics on how will they play the game later, will they let the opposing side dictate the game? Both teams have their own reasons to win, for the Celtics, it's been a struggle for sure because they likely did not expect the Heat to be like this while the Heat did not expect too that the Celtics will still put a fight and try to settle a score.

I mean they might not make it but you are counting them out as if the game already happened.  This will be one of the toughest games Miami plays all year long.  Trying to win a closeout game on the road in Boston won't be easy.  They better get out to a big lead early amd take the crowd out of it otherwise they are in for a long game.  Now game 6 might be different bit if you think Boston is going to lay down like a sick dog you haven't watched enough playoff basketball to understand how it goes.  There is no guarantee Boston wins but it's not going be a Celtics loss because they just gave up.

^^ I'll stay in the middle for a +8.5 for the Heat. I do agree, it might not be a blow up if ever the Boston Celtics will win and most likely the Heat are going to pressed again and play good defense. As for the ML, yeah, it's very attractive again, every Heat win is really that attractive if I'm not mistaken. Maybe we should bet live as well to see how the Heat will be in this fight specially if they become a huge underdog again and then make a comeback and win. But for now, I'm eyeing that +8.5 bet.

I do agree that it is going to be a tough situation and not many people will guess which team will win. But, if you do 8.5+ for Heat, that means it would be the most likely result. Heat will try to get this game and rest for a few days, which means they will use all of their energy, all they have, until the last drop, and most likely that they will win this game, but even if they end up losing, the difference shouldn't be that much and we will end up with a good result if we bet that way.

The odds may not look that good, I understand people would rather see better odds, but Celtics with 1.31 is terrible, I may even end up betting on Heat straight up, they do look like they are good enough to beat Celtics, there is a reason they are 3-1 ahead right now.

Tough call but it will in the hands of the Celtics on how will they play the game later, will they let the opposing side dictate the game? Or they will stay in the aggressive side to force their way again? Let's see who will have the win at the end of the day. Yes, I agree but we can not say for sure because the Celtics pretty much have won Game 4 their rhythm and shooting have changed aswell they are now attacking if not a 2 points jump shot a 3 ball from the deep if likely their offense now and they stopped coming on the paint to drive because the Heat will surely catch them there,

Lot of people coming in on the Heat and I can see why but the high spread is a dead giveaway trap game from Vegas.  Its like they are enticing heat bets.  There's something more to this game but if I had to guess this is gonna be one of them Celtics blowout games.  I'm gonna tease the line all the way to 12.5 for the Celtics.

I grabbed it as soon as the lines were available. I see it has now jumped by two points to O/U 11.5, which is probably still playable.

Williams had a solid Game 4 for the Celtics, cashing in on several open looks from deep. He led the team in three-pointers made (tied with Tatum) and offensive rebounds. His minutes in the series seem to be set at approximately 25-30 per game, with Brogdon dealing with an elbow injury, so who knows, he may even get extra playing time today. Grant Williams has covered 10+ PR in all three games against the Heat (he missed Game 1), 11, 15, and 20 respectively.

Taking a risk here and just made my bets. Definitely gambling here and hoping Jimmy Butler gets hot. Doesn't help that Vincent is out for the game, he's a decent 3 point shooter. Come on Miami, close it out.

The updated odds for the moneyline are 9.75 in favor of Miami, while the spread is +14.5 with odds of 2.00. I'm confident that Miami will make adjustments in the second half. Let's not forget that Miami is a strong second-half team.

That was some game from the Boston Celtics. Tatum, White, Brown, and Smart all worked really hard on both ends of the floor to claim the win at their home. Now there's life for their team and I bet they are all pumped up to take this to 3-3 if possible and make history. Jimmy was not that effective tonight but I am glad to see Bam working again on the offensive end, and so do Duncan Robinson.

I lost both my bets tonight but I am glad I chased my losses before the game ended and I got lucky.

That was a narrow escape, congratulations. Joe Mazzula leaving Grant Williams on the court even after the blowout saved the day, but players props for this damn series is really messed up, one day a player gets all the assist or rebounds in the world and the next he becomes PJ Tucker 2.0, playing their guts out with stats sheet to show for it.


The series has finally becoming a really interesting on with Celtics forcing a Game 6, but the disadvantage is that the game is headed back to Miami Heat, and they sure aren't going a win as easy as they were able to today, because they literally led the match approximately all through 48 mins of the game, Miami never led at any point of the game and the score was only tied twice, one at 2-2 and 4-4, after that the Celtics never looked back. Gabe Vincent is a huge miss for the Heat tonight because Kyle Lowry was absolutely awful today, he's impact today as a starter is way short to that of any other game he's had to play from the bench.

Dang! and I thought the Miami Heat will do some adjustments to their game but they didn't and still went for that kind of defense that wasn't effective for the Boston Celtics, I should have seen that the coach Erik Spoelstra didn't see that the Boston Celtics 1st win wasn't just a fluke now on game 6 I think they now notice that they need some adjustments Congrats on those who take the risk for the Boston Celtics but I think the odds are for the Celtics in this game so the once that bet for the Miami Heat is the one that is risking their bet,

That's the right approach for the Celtics to win. They need to move the ball quickly so that the Heat's defense struggles to catch up. It's expected that the Celtics will win because they are playing at home, but if they manage to win Game 6, we should be ready to celebrate as the Celtics would be making history.

By the way, Butler only has 14 points. I think he needs to work harder.

It was a Celtics Blowout game they really expected more of Jimmy Butler but he just made 14 points in game 5 does the Boston Celtics stop Bulter, well in some cases they really did Butler is now giving the game to his Teammates and Derrick White and Marcus Smarts did a great job in stopping Butler on his tracks I really think Jimmy may have to conserve his energy and give game 5 to the Celtics so he can be more explosive on game 6, this is my opinion I think that Jimmy Butler didn't push to make any attempts anymore because the lead of the Celtics is now impossible, I think they will surely need to adjust right now I think the Miami Heat need to really finish this on Game 6 because game 7 is very impossible for them,

Grant Williams did a great job in getting those deep threes it was really great he surely got the momentum and highlights he deserves even in game 5 but this time the tandem of Jaylen and Jayson have surely exploded and made the Miami Heat crumble Actually the Miami Heat can win that game but unfortunately Jimmy Butler didn't take it he didn't engage much because of the much lead the Boston Celtics have,

Nailed it!  I was going to tease it higher but picked the right number.  This game should have been much more but cletics took out all theor players and Miami made it close.  Houser dropped a 30 foot 3 pointer to save my bet.  I would have been pissed if I lost I because Celtics took everyone out.

Either way I'm riding the Celtics.  This time just running with the money line for game 6.
