Unlike many coins here, BlitzCoin is created for speculation. It have no intention to be a coin for online shops, or any merchandise at all.
BlitzCoin is created as proof of concept. From mining for rewards to mining for tx fees, as well to see how network will behave in such a small timeframe, fast hashrate increase and decrease. The results can be used in future coins development for new features etc.

Call for Miners
Calling all miners to mine Blitzcoin. Seven days of mining for block rewards, after mining only for tx fees. After 7 days, mining for tx fees can be just a spare hashrate you have from CPU or VPS CPU.

Calling all pool operators to add BlitzCoin, reg pool, p2pool, even multipools. It's a 7 days coin, it will not take much of your resources but as many pools we have, better the results. We need to diversify as much as possible in this small timeframe.

Call for Services
Some basic services are needed at the start, as later it will be to late. Blockexplorer, some diff charts, hashrate charts, etc.

Call for Exchanges
Due fast nature of BlitzCoin, calling all exchanges to accept and list Blitzcoin. Your service is crucial for adoption of BlitzCoin and will help a lot in coin behavior analysis. Need to diversify as well.

I'm glad you have asked.
BlitzCoin have two outcomes. Either will fail, either will be big. There is no place in the middle for this coin.
There is no technical innovation, true, but BlitzCoin is combining some features not combined in any coin before. It's expected to have huge variation in hashrate, very short mining lifespan, and highly speculative market. The speculative market part is specially interested, as I'll discourage every attemp to adopt BlitzCoin by any merchant.
Lots of coins claiming high adoptation rate by xyz industry. Taxi, movie, even sex. BlitzCoin will show in short time what is most possible outcome for such coins.

Mining for block rewards will be short, just 7 days, and I believe every miner can afford to be part of BlitzCoin. Reward for that small risk, a week worth of electricity, can be huge at the end.

Being technically innovative and with lots of new features is not always primary objective. I know here are most of technical people, and looking for technical aspects, but on major exchanges there are most of investment people skilled in trading and economy... Not looking technical aspects so much.

No PoS. That is one of main points in the speculative part and network behaviour analysis.
