 But a review of the type of "authoritative" user suchmoon, who just called me a shilling, because he did not like my answer about another red review - it hurt me. He painted the usual support red for not having sent the cards, although the cards are being sent and many people have already received them. Who is he then? suchmoon - Liar.

Your trust have hundreds of negative reviews because of negative trust sharing without any reason. I will do a report to moderators to make a check of your account, looks like you got good way to earn money on Bitcointalk.  

Your threats are meaningless here.  Obviously you don't understand a lot about the forum here, else you wouldn't be spouting all of this nonsense.  Suchmoon has given out a lot of negs (but I think I'm still the alpha negger), and I can pretty much guarantee that none were given without a reason.  Some DT members might disagree with each other about certain things, but any DT member who consistently makes bad calls when leaving negs get booted off DT.

All the negs you see on suchmoon's trust page are likely retaliatory feedback, same as mine.  Suchmoon hasn't scammed anyone here, nor have I, but that doesn't stop anyone from claiming what they want to.  The key is whether there's a valid reference link with the feedback.  

I don't know a damn thing about Minex, but if suchmoon suspects it's a scam and that you're shilling for it, he/she's got every right to neg you.  Get over it, because as you've been told, trust is not moderated, i.e., complaining to staff about your situation isn't going to do a damn bit of good.  This is how we keep the forum clean.

I don't know suchmoon personally but judging from his/her posts and other feedbacks i am pretty sure this is a false accusation, i do not think he/she gets money to tag people,but rather trying to tag scammers to protect the forum members, i am not saying her feedback on you is 100% proper as i have no idea what minex is ,so it could be legit and the feedback should be removed, also there is a good chance that it's a scam project that you shilling and you deserve the tag, either ways I think you should have tried to solve this issue with suchmoon in a proper manner by sending him/her a PM or at least asking for an explanation without having to accuse anyone for getting paid for tagging people, because after this i am willing to bet the cat that this red tag is not going to be to removed.

This is a great example of how you shill support Minex. You're making unsubstantiated accusations against anyone who dares to criticize it.

I'm very pleased to hear that you believe supporting or enabling a scam makes you culpable as a scammer too.

I don't support minex - or know if that one is a scam or not i have not looked into that one.... however if its a proven scam like some projects here once it is established without doubt then all supporters are scam enablers and supporters. i have said this for a long time.

If not a proven scam or does not have a bunch of corroborating evidence putting it in a very dubious light then I guess the red trust is a bit of an over reach. I guess all comes down to that.

End of the day this system is not moderated so impossible to force a removal unless you are prepared to go insane about it everywhere and have huge weight of argument on your side and can muster support. NOt sure that will be easy with something that does look to have made false statements when compared to that banks own message. (just from briefly looking at it)

If you can prove minex is not a scam then you can get the red trust removed or put pressure for it to be removed.

Really to tag a scam though the onus should be on the tagger to provide evidence that demonstrates beyond reasonable doubt that it is a scam.

Innocent until proven guilty.
