Buying goods or services using crypto

Lots of good comments, IMO, humble or otherwise, what I see right now is a lot of buying and selling with the intent of moving the market up and down.
I just saw a user dump 22 bitcoins on one of the exchanges and it choked on it.   The price went from 31950 down to 31200 in seconds.  What struck me was that this kind of thing is not really what bitcoin was made to do.   People are buying in the hopes that it will go back up to 40,000 and they can make a mint.
That is NOT going to happen anytime soon.   I believe that the real value over time is going to be in purchase power.  More so when we start seeing less and less value over the next few weeks.   The main problem right now is that this constant up and down action driven by people who are manipulating the market for what they can get out of it, that is going to continue to drive down the price and without some kind of market place beyond just the buying and selling of the product (just like a stock) eventually we are going to see the SEC and the FED, (us only) come in and start regulating it simply because what they see is only the manipulation as it were a stock, without any kind of oversight.  I dislike the idea of the SEC and its many tentacles of greed but its coming..  Unless we start to see some real world provision for spending and using this crypto, (which is difficult, because of how high or low it continues to move)  One day you might get a tank of gas the next something off the dollar menu at burger king.   That just does not work well for the average Joe or Jane.  Up down or sideways, I really think that a lot of people are going to be looking for trade value or purchase value, over selling on an exchange, (another whole topic) (stinking exchanges< LOL) IF you got some bitcoin at 30,000 and you look at value, when you try to sell it, you end up barely breaking even but if you can find a trust worthy market and buy some things that you would normally spend money on, well that's better breaking even and that is where I suspect a lot of people are going to end up over time.

Instead of buying sevices and goods using your cryptocurrency, you should just use it for investing even more and trading cryptocurrencies so it will be much into a higher profit

There are lots of things you can buy and sell using the crypto and even obtain some of the best services with its help. if you look up the goods you can buy with crypto in google it will tell you sooo many options like in Dubai you can get cash money by exchanging crypto on an ATM machine you can get even Gold out of ATMs. and lots of papular brands in many countries are accepting the crypto as payment so look up quickly

Yes we do need for it to circulate but we cant avoid the fact that majority of bitcoin are holding up their coins instead on using it on things which they can actually be bought on using fiat.

Its not a bad idea though if you are really into adoption side but i highly doubt that people would really be dealing with active spending  of those coins if they do know
the probabilities or chances of making even more money on just simply holding.

In this present world, there are many things that will soon happen and part of those things are the acceptance of cr- ypto as a major means of payment. Though some govern- ments are placing a ban on crypto acivi in there countries. Asking the banks in such country to close any account related to crypto. This is a major set back, but with time I know things will get better. I see a world of free and transparent means of transacting. A world where fraud will be impossible. And I believe crypto can make that happen. It's  only a matter of time, the world will know the importance of this Digital currency. Very soon it will happen. And everybody will see it.

You are right!

Its not worth to spend your precious coins if you can buy it on fiat then better to save it off for the future.
I have spent up some coins but only on buying some steam wallet codes in bitrefill.
I do found it to be much more cheaper rather than on buying it on typical online stores via fiat but those are the good old days
because now the fees are too high and it isn't really worth to spend on.

I've heard a lot of people talk about buying and selling services under crypto's payback. I think that's good news because more and more people are going to know the crypto's money and not make it less likely to affect the crypto, although in my country it may not be allowed to do so using crypto asa transaction device, and it still is Using crypto and I think it's still comfortable using real money, which I hope the more this kind of thing will change people's view of the crypto world, and the more interested it will become, and perhaps little by little it has already come to pass

yes, i everytime recharge my phone with crypto, i pay with crypto on website and i get credit on phone.

In my opinion the best thing is to hold your bitcoin because for now the price is slowly recover.
Holding ether and bitcoin is a good for a long term for you to get a good profit.

I am not Indian but I know many people from there and have some good friends there so I think I understand the mentality of them a little bit (as according to their explanations hehe). Indian government does not want their people to be "too free" or they give up on the state and political parties who hold a LOT of power and money to enrich the few. Imagine if you allow crypto and stop using the banking system that empowers the wealthy,,, bad news for a country of over 1 billion people.

I don't think buying stuff using bitcoin is profitable or possible in current bullish market as transfer fee is too high. This high transfer fee and slow network are bottlenecks that are stopping bitcoin in getting mainstream adoption.

It's been heard that bitcoin or eth and probably another altcoin are being used asa device to buy or pay for services as long as crypto's still viable, of course, a lot of people do deals using BTC or eth and probably hodling the best way to do in this crypto, and I think that as long as the crypto wallet exchange service is still available Rarely or without a method of payment or services with coin crypto, and if you have any doubt that you might invest with a potentially volatile team of teams that have good communities, it can and probably with more and more crypto lots and less likely that it will materialize in any other country

On what happening in the world right now I think it is one of the best way to use crypto when buying goods. Our situation gets worsen, the cases gets higher and one of the best thing to lessen the cases is to limit the interaction of the people. By using crypto then the interaction will be minimize. I've seen in facebook these past few days that we can use crypto in buying in the supermarket. So we should promote it first to society so they can be familiar in crypto and everything will gets easy and better.

How about on using up that traditional credit card or digital fiat transactions?For sure people would stick unto that instead on dealing with crypto.

This is one of the most interesting things in today's era which is already in progress in terms of economic life, although I personally only do a few things, but more and more people are seen doing that in terms of transacting which has made this an alternative way.
