In sometimes we are working very hard to make our Prophet more higher but unfortunately it will not happen for lot of people in Sometimes this will not be a Priority hard work is important but more than Hard words we need smart work to improve our Prophet with our mind and brain this will my little opinion.

Currently a lot of bounty after finishing, the project team postpones the reward for participants within about 3 months. I'm having trouble with a bounty that I joined before, the project team said they don't have data about what we did, I'm contacting the bounty manager to handle this. I have had a lot of trouble in recent months

Maybe look elsewhere in the bounties sections... some posters offer rewards in BTC. Not much, obviously, but it has less risk than untried alts. Personally I would say stick with alts, but the BTC rewards are there if you look.

I doubt anything can be done about this issue. At the moment, it all depends on 30 percent of you, how you choose a bounty company, and 70 percent of luck, because in the end we still do not know whether the project you chose is a fraud and whether it will fail during the ICO.

Gone are the days when bounty hunters got paid well and in coins that are already traded on exchanges.
Now there are too many bounty hunters who are willing to work for the most minimal reward. This is what greatly reduced the bounty hunter rewards.

Among thousands of new projects , sometimes your efforts is also just zero. Your reward will depend on the project that you participated and it is true to what you said, see how lucky you are

Maybe the forum must not allowed to post a suspicious bounties project to avoid many scam project now, I participated in many bounties before but I god disappointed because out of 4 bounties, I got paid in one bounty that I have been join and three are nothing, so its not good because we are doing what are the task but its hard to determine if those project are good or not, even we are doing our own research first before joining bounties but scammers got more wisely now so its hard to recognize.

Oh please don't blame theymos for some scam bounties and etc, there was discussion around that problem, it was planned to make pricey creating of ANN thread, imagine jf it was regulated, then forum's administration had to take care of your funds if you would be scammed. In past it was different time, now everything has changed, you don't need luck but you need to be smart, without knowledge your hardwork can't bring you any benefit.

This is one of the bitter truths right now! Most of the bounties are not paying! Sometimes they extended distribution timeline, sometimes they scam people and gone away! I can feel your frustration but this is real that ICOs are can't make enough funds, you will need to work several of bounties. And in crypto, you need to be lucky with hard work! Most bounties allocated number of the amount for all the participants. Most bounties getting a large number of participants right now. Then each participant not getting profitable rewards. Another thing is most bounty managers and participants are cheating with multiple accounts. Then those bounties getting a large number of participants with multiple accounts. Some bounties are scamming all the participants. With those problems, we hard to choose good bounties. Then do your own research before start bounties.

We are human and we do not work for free. In my opinion, the projects also need to pay for bounty because of their work, and for that to happen, I think bounty should be escrow before running and be paid by ETH, BTC or any other altcoin being traded in coinmarket. That will be as great as possible

That's how it should be, so the services and hard work that the bounty hunter has done is truly appreciated. Imagine, every time ICO on a project is successful, but the price of their coins goes down and bounty hunter always gets very inappropriate results. That looks sad.

Here is  now the term hardworking and good luck will came, the very hardwork when you are joining bounty to produce the required constructive post as part of your compliance in bounty but after all the success of projects ,some participants will not be given the coin and the value for it ,but there are also bounty projects that fullfill their promise bounty, so the term luck will be applied in this situations , so if you join a bounty and give your hardwork and luckily be paid well ,then that is a good timing.

yes, because for me i dont believe in luck at all. You may be lucky but how long your luck lasts ? I dot bounty too and my hardwork really pays me, it earned me something that i cant be able to earn as an employee. That is a very good achievement. Plus it also gives me time to perform important matters like studiyng trading, working out, and studying financial things.

Letting your hardwork or your luck to gain money is not the way but working smartly. In this way, you could choose and save time in every project that you exclusively pick because of it's potential and because of its team. You should not do all the project in bitcointalk and say that your hardwork will pay you off because there is a great chance that 95% of those projects are scam. If you choose wisely, the probability of getting a bounty that is a scam might drop to 0%.

Thats right, only yourself can change your financial condition, change the situation is by yourself or in other words its work hard, back to the topic, hard work is the one that gives a big influence, with analysis and strategy of course you can know which projects are potential, project selection cannot do by depends on luck

People today are always making news about bitcoin bull run, lucks and fortune, what I can say is that? Stop waiting for bull run to come, do something that will give us profit using cryptos. That make's sense.

Yes indeed and we all felt it. Bounty starts to become not promising with so many things that make this the worse. a year without results is not uplifting to be felt. much of the bounty is judged good enough even in fact results there are for the worse. hard work that there seems to be a nonsense and in fact, there is no luck in it. If this is indeed being arguably a bad phase and keep working hard will be better because we are not going to be the year when and on what luck it will come.

I think it will be more fit if direct this to the regular work, cause in cryptocurrency everything is un predictable, not just for bounty participant.
It also applied for the investors, they also suffer the same fate if they met a bad project.

This has been probably the worst 12 months period to be a bounty participant, the Bear market has crushed most of the ICO projects in value and anything you did receive from the end of a campaign was probably worth very little. We need to see a reversal in fortunes for the crypto space before taking part in a bounty program becomes worthwhile again. Other option is to hold the coins you receive and simply wait for better times.
