Please can you read this fact based post and then give me your opinion on each of the points. I do not want any mod moving this because this is for Theymos directly. I have tried to discuss with MODS and although they have been fair to this point I prefer to hear directly from the top so that I know how the forum is going to go here from this point on.
Having been a long time member here and have discovered and fought to crush some of the largest and most unfair scams ever to come to bitcointalk. I will just mention 1 here.
Now I wish to present FACTS that I feel demonstrate that certain members need to be blacklisted from both the trust system and from the merit source system.
The most analysed scam on this board is Darkcoin/DASH. This have been studied in depth by 100's of persons on this board after I (who was on the launch on the first page of dash launch) realised that whilst they claimed a fair launch protocol like other POW launches of that time that they certainly did not want a fair launch and engineered it so they may captive (only they) instamine (10x size 500coins blocks by at rocket speed).
There has been much analysis on it but this seems a simple one that someone assisted me and others to once and for all crush their supporters lies by providing this..

Whilst I was battling it against those that that were promoting and enabling this scam to flourish because not many people after this point realised xcoin changed its name darkcoin. Anyway there was a guy called LAUDAM (lauda now).
He fought for ages against me and others who realised it was a scam claiming there was no instamine and there was no unfair launch (which they claimed was fair launch )at all. There are lots of posts from LAUDAM some may be edited now but lots still remain. Here is one example.

A proven Scam. He lied constantly saying there was no instamine because he was at launch.
So here is the weird part (I mean aside from lauda being allowed to red trust me for simply telling him I will inform others of his publicly observable past and they can check it out) I mean that is a threat only if he has something to hide in the first place.
SUCHMOON
- now this person is provably a hypocrite and also a scammer/scammer protector/enabler deserving red trust by his very own definition. Suchmoon gives red trust to people for simply promoting
POSSIBLE SCAMS i mean these are not even PROVEN SCAMS. He says you promote POSSIBLE scams you are enabling scams and therefore an untrustworthy/scammer who needs red trust. I agree with him if it is a proven scam or very highly probable a scam actually.

He has been told many times Lauda was promoting and defending a PROVEN HUGE SCAM. He knows this and yet.. He still however ignores
1. The fact lauda is untrustworthy/ scammer
2. Not only does he not RED TRUST lauda but actually adds him to his trust list
3. Ignores the fact lauda and friends trying to silence me from telling about his past history so agrees with DT being used to prevent or punish those that reveal factual information regarding scams or scammers.
I mean that minex guy ( minex not as yet a proven scam) is the same as a scammer according to suchmoon and he gives him red trust.
however
Lauda - lies and says no instamine and goes on to lie and protect this
proven scam for months. Suchmoon adds him to the dt1 trust list and gives him no red trust??
Lauda comes into threads I am on claiming I have told lies?? I ask him for evidence he provides NOTHING. He then keeps bugging me in threads and I I will tell present facts from your past. Lauda red trusts me now for saying that?
Lauda and his friends are using the TRUST system to give my account red trust for .... saying that I will reveal his past that is publicly available and factual just actually his post history.
He and his friends are using the TRUST system here to corrupt it so badly that it is not being used for highlighting scams and scammers. It is now being used to silence people who say they will whistle blow (again) on scams and scammers.
I would like to see then manually blacklisted from DT lists and Merit sources (any positions of trust or power)
Can you tell me please...
1. if you will do this
2. if not then can you tell me why will you allow these types of people to infest positions of trust and control here. Surely there must be enough people here on this forum with squeaky clean pasts that demonstrate fairness and non scamming or hypocritical behaviour.
Also now I have started bringing up the fact prove scam enablers should not be able to red trust scam hunters for saying they will inform others about those facts.
They change their story and say we gave you red trust because you are insane and make crazy claims.
Next I say okay bring just one crazy claim that is untrue and we will investigate this. - THEY REFUSE

Starts to tell me that I am crazy because I use strong language to present facts to people that been aggressive to me first (actually I am always nice to people in every thread unless they become hostile to me first or are scammers or protecting scams) this can be proven by studying my entire post history.
So apparently that makes me crazy but he comes with some very strange sexual deviance with carrots in ass pipes, uncles touching me up or parents doing it, an entire array of very aggressive sexual fantasies he spouts out all over the place? this sounds like very serious damage and not even related to any facts at all.
He then makes his biggest mistake of all he publicly admits in black and white something that there can be no mistake over.
I tell him he can not Red trust me for presenting facts about scammers and scams
He tells me - " CAN WILL HAVE" and if I don't like it tough luck???
I would like to hear your opinion on this and if this will merit their blacklisting from DT and merit sources? Because really I can see nothing more perverse (other than tmans fantasies) than the DT system being used to Red trust scam hunters presenting factual evidence about scams?

p.s I know you may think I am ungrateful actually about the systems in place and I know perhaps you made a lot of effort and time to making them. However I am not ungrateful at all I just want to help get this board back to how it was before.
Making it all decentralised and automated is great but it can not start with a bad root like this and it needs all subjectivity removed as much as possible because that is where the abuse takes root and multiplies. We need carrot and stick to keep people using these systems and intended and if carrot and stick does not work then they get the chop.
This is all just my opinion not facts like the above.
