If a person is unable to stop gambling even if they are continuously losing, then that is addiction. If a player cannot also remove gambling in his/her body system, they are suffering from compulsive gambling. A rational man will look at the reward before giving his time to anything. Gambling in a rational way is the real gambling.
You look at the output of the money you put in and the cost of your time you put in and calculate the benefits. If less, you do not go into the gambling and if high, you go into the gambling and enjoy it in the same time. There are people who are in gambling just for profit.

You're a different gambler of course since you just want to have fun but we should also know that there are greedy gamblers who keep on chasing their losses despite of the risk. Its good that you know your limitation, just make sure to have fun on that.

To be honest, there is only one reason to continue to gamble. "I have shit tons of money and I have nothing else to do with it. So why not entertain myself" is the only reason that comes to my mind right now. Others who give reasons are just showing excuses to "cover" their gambling addiction from others, nothing else.

You don't have to have tons of money to gamble endlessly. There are faucets, free rolls, playmoney that allow you to play having nothing at all. So, it's rather about time than about money. Time is precious and you shouldn't spend most of it on gambling, but, for me at least, spending some time on gambling is beneficial. Ain't consider gambling can you made a profit on this or something you can consider a source of income. It's a big NO, gambling for me is just entertainment were you having fun and something to relax while playing gamble. Those greedy and can't control emotion people must be stepping away and probably they did not have a reason to stay in gambling. Unfortunately no gambler is ready to accept that gambling is a waste of money but they are seeing it like a way of making money. Most gamblers are imagining their valid reason for continuing gambling is to recover their previous losses. When they were unable to manage into profits at their previous attempts, I'm not sure how they are believing in making profits in their future attempts regardless of they are not improving anything with their skills nor knowledge about gambling strategies.

What's been mentioned in the above quote is true, same time when people are in need of the money surely they'll turn towards one that providing with the earning opportunities. In such a way people give importance to gambling even when they know gambling will lead to loss and ruin of life. From my understanding when gambling is given importance with limitations it is always good.
