i tried 430.64 WHQL, it worked. But 398.36 WHQL get error. I don't want to reinstall driver. Can you fix ?

I got a speedup. Only valid on 10 series cards with -mt option. Hashrate up 0.5-1mh

- Reduce `ethash` `kawpow` startup time.
- Fix a possible crash on certain rigs of reason `invalid kernel image`.
- Do not apply memory tweak if `-mt` is set to 0 on corresponding gpu.
- Print system information on start.
