It's hard not to agree with you. I also think that many worthy projects are waiting for a green market. Now, if you analyze the projects, you can see that good projects gradually began to enter the market. And it makes me happy.

Maybe to some reasonable extent. Most ICO that launch projects now a days rarely meet their soft cap, that is quite indicative that the rate at which people invests in cryptocurrency is declining. The rise of IEO projects have overtaken ICO projects, personally I would invest in IEO projects rather than an ICO projects.

After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

maybe the IEO is better in the security of sales, but the project progression I think is the same. we have to research the project well to be able to get a profitable investment. because no IEO and ICO provide guarantees after release in the market the price of their coins will not decline.

Actually, one can't be blamed for assuming or rather believing that ICOs are dead. Think of it, ICOs dealt with investors, although a few paid off but majority didn't. Now with IEOs there have been a significant positive change and now investors are all in to IEOs.

some IEOs can still turn scam, scam can be carried out anywhere and in several form, but I must agree with you, IEOs are still way way better than ICOs, chances of scam in IEOs are still way lower than it is In ICOs for sure

ICO dead ?, i think ICO is not death and it move like before.
ICO is look like die because IEO is popular right now, and yes IEO is better in my mind.
I don't invest in ICO again and choose IEO for now, because IEO is safe and secure for investor like us.
i just hope ICO will have some good standard security system to protect investor.

from a fraud perspective, the IEO might be more trustworthy. but from a development standpoint, the ICO and IEO projects are the same, their role is entirely in the product and market. when they succeeded in selling ICO or IEO but could not maintain the market, I could say the project failed in development.

the ICOs slowed down after btc and altcoins lost value and fell by 40/50% in a short time (early 2017) at this time  IEO seem a little safer as an investment but ICO do not know death. the only problem, as always, is finding the right one

look... I don't think there's anyway ICOs can better be improved other than being regulated, if ICOs can be regulated by let's say the US SEC, I believe things will turn around for good, but the thing is when an ICO is regulated, it's no longer an ICO but an STO, in crypto today, there are so many scammers who take advantage of the unregulated nature of ICOs to scam people off their hard earned money, which I believe is the number one reason why the whole crypto space is down to where we are today
