I think if the match between KKR and PBKS wasn't interrupted it would have led to an even bigger win for PBKS because KKR had already lost 7 wickets and the remaining batters really couldn't have been able to do a lot of things in the Remaining overs but yes it was a good chance for KKR just if Russel had hit couple of more boundaries. In that scenario i would have said PBKS were too unlucky to lose this match.

Another significant setback for Pakistan cricket. They lost the series to Afghanistan and this is the first time that Afghanistan has won a series against Pakistan. I personally never expected Pakistan to lose the series. I understand that almost every player in this team is a talent they found during the PSL but unfortunately, they are no match for a weak Afghan side.

This proves the level of competitiveness in PSL is no match to international cricket. It also proves that the quality of local players playing in PSL is not up to the international mark. PCB needs to rework its talent pool. Now PSL looks more like a domestic league than an International league. Unfortunately, the gamble that PCB made in this series did not quite work out as they planned and I am pretty confident they would face heavy backlash from Pakistani fans.

A big blow for the Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2023 season, as Williamson, one of their star players, has been ruled out for the entire season due to an injury he sustained while fielding in the opener against CSK. It's definitely a serious issue for the team, especially a prominent players who have been ruled out early. It's just really unfortunate. Williamson who not only a dependable batsman for the team, but he had also found some rich form recently. Hoping for his quick recovery and make a comeback before the World Cup. The team and his fans are definitely going to miss him.

Despite a terrible performance in the ODI series, the Sri Lankan batsmen batted brilliantly in the first T20 match. It was unimaginable to me that Sri Lanka would score 196 runs. Because I have never seen a better performance from Sri Lankan batsmen in the ODI series. Both Kusal Perera and Asalanka batted brilliantly. Perera was unbeaten on 53 runs. On the other hand, Asalanka collected 67 runs. However, Sri Lanka played well in the first match. But my guess is New Zealand will win the series. We will see the dominance of New Zealand in the next two matches.
