Gujarat Titans showed enough good game their batting performance was excellent. Gujarat Titans collected 207 runs in the match losing 6 wickets in 20 overs. Shubman Gill was in good form and his batting performance was excellent as he scored a half century. Gujarat Titans batted best towards the end of the game and their score was highest today. Rahul Tewatia was the best finisher in the last few overs of the game. David Miller also had a great batting performance but if he could have lasted a little longer there would have been more runs. But in today's match, if Mumbai Indians can't do a good batting performance, they definitely won't be able to win the match. To win this match, Mumbai Indians must put up a great batting performance and move forward with wickets in hand.

In early overs we have some better performance from the MI, but after 15 overs till end things were completely in control of GT which won this match by good margin and now have second spot in league table MI completely down in batting as their all stars were completely failed to perform as required which is surely the biggest concern for them and if they are not able to check their mistakes then surely things can go from bad to worse for them because currently they are at the bottom of the league table, and now we have 7 rounds gone which mean from here they need to give their 100% for staying into touch for the better end of this season SKY. Kishan and Rohit Sharma all are out of the touch, which is surely not good news for them and their fans as well.

Seems like Rizwan was willing to play for his own century and do not care about the team's cause. Still, he was unable to make his century and fell two runs short. He remains not out at 98. How unlucky is that?
Also, he took 62 balls to score 98 runs. The strike rate was almost 158 which is not bad but since he batted for the full 20 overs, he could have increased the pace at the end but instead, he become a little bit cautious for his own 100 runs milestone.

You are right Rizwan had a chance to perform better. But he didn't want to take any risks. Responsible batting. A bit slower batting but I would say he has done well. Because if Rizwan was out, it would have been difficult for Pakistan to collect 190 runs. The performance of any batsman in Pakistan is not regular. And so if Rizwan is out, it cannot be said that any other batsman would have been able to perform well.
However, Pakistan was defeated because of the stupidity of the bowlers. Pakistani bowlers gave 77 runs in 11th-15th over. And because of bad bowling in these 5 overs, they lost

Things looking not good for Pakistan in last few months their performance and quality both are going down which is not indications because they need to have set their level for staying at the top of the game first lost against team like Afghanistan and then having draw series at home against New Zealand giving all view about their future even right now they are having few good emerging players but this all needs time for bringing them to the top level few players are going down which is also not positive change but still we can expect improvement because if they fail to keep their level then surely they can go down which could be disaster for them.

Babar Azam was also not at his best which is also creating mess-up for them all bowlers were punished by Chapman in last match which mean they need to work on their death overs bowling as well which is also important.

Kishan and SKY are out of form, but I will not say the same about Rohit. He has made crucial contributions in almost all the matches. That said, after 7 matches the only player from Mumbai Indians who has a total of more than 200 runs is Tilak Verma (219 runs from 7 matches). Cameroon Green is at no.2, with 199 runs at an average of 49.75. Suryakumar Yadav has only 146 runs to his name at an average of 20.86. Actually he has performed much worse when compared to either Ishan Kishan or Rohit Sharma.

@Sithara007 I disagree here it’s not hype at all, because these bowler’s deserve praise as it’s never easy to bowl in a T20 match and these bowler’s are performing well despite no major experience that too in IPL hence they deserve all the praises they can get for their performances.

Both the batsmen and bowlers of Chennai are performing well and that's why the top spot in the table is occupied by Chennai. Chennai management has been able to build a stable team. And the important thing is that almost all the players in the squad are in good form. And if they don't lose their form then I think Chennai is more likely to be the champions in this year's IPL.
Tushar and Akash's bowling has been quite good this season. If they can prove their mettle in the IPL then maybe we will see these two bowlers with the national team very soon.

Agreed. CSK keep winning primarily thanks to their batsmen who are very, very consistent in this season. Rutu, Conway, Dube and Rahane are in their prime currently while MSD, Ali etc support them well now and then.

Their bowlers are alright frankly speaking. Jadeja and Pathirana are the only ones who impressed me.

KKR won by 21 runs by defeating RCB and the chances of KKR winning the tournament were alive. The Player of the Match is Varun Chakaravarthy by outstanding performance in which he took 3 key wickets while conceding only 27 runs. Jason Roy for his amazing fifty and Nitish Rana provided the foundation for KKR nnings with their crucial 57 and 48 run performance respectively. Although Virat Kohli 57 ball innings kept the RCB team  hopes alive the KKR bowlers were able to hold them to a score of 179 which ultimately proved to be insufficient. After 4 straight losses this victory will definitely increase KKR confidence and give them the much needed momentum they need to progress to the tournament next round

This was a big talk, none of the bowlers were experienced. Another thing Dhoni used to take decisions that used to surprise the experienced ones, later come to understand what is his plan. The headline after the previous match win of CSK, Dhoni have created two bowlers for the Sri Lanka team.

Pathirana mentioned in his interview, how good Dhoni kept him motivating even when the match is at the extreme situation. Simple thing I found with Dhoni, he believes in a person and he makes him do as he believed. LOL.. that is the reason why these three are known as KGF (Kohli-Glenn-Faf) within Royal Challengers Bangalore. Those from India would understand what is KGF. Other players have been pathetic and it is partly due to poor selection as well. I don't understand the logic in sustaining Shahbaz Ahmed in the playing XI, when he can neither bowl nor bat. He bowled one over yesterday and conceded 25 runs. And when he came out to bat, he scored 2 runs from 5 balls. And this guy is being selected over promising players such as Karn Sharma, Sonu Yadav, Manoj Bhandage and Rajat Patidar.
