Pakistan's mens team too looks not much better than the womens team against England. Pakistan was made to bat first as england won the toss. The Pakistani batting top order performed fine with Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam and Usman Khan making decent scores with good strike rates but the middle and lower order of Pakistani cricket team collapsed against the bowling of England. Only Iftikhar Ahmed and Nasim Shah making a double digit score. The chase from England was a walk in the park.
The series ended with 2-0 victory for England as 2 of the matches were abandoned by rain. Now both these team might be going to US and west Indies for the world cup.

Exactly they are not looking better and with this kind of performance they can't stand in T20I World Cup. Even if you took a look back so you will see that they already lost a match from Ireland too. After that they have the Four matches series with England and in this series we know that they played Only two matches and in these two matches their performance was not admirable. They need more and more practice to survive in ICC World Cup. Otherwise they will be at home before semifinals. By the way I am too much worried about that what they will do in the World Cup.

And the partnership went down. And after 6 runs Muhammad Rizwan also got out. After them Usman Khan played little well and made 38 runs. Overall Pakistan collected 157 runs. Which I think not a good target and England easily chased it.

But one thing which is important to notice that is, if they both(Babar Azam and Muhammad Rizwan) open the match so they can make a good partnership and can give much surprises.

In 20 overs West Indies collected 257 runs losing only 4 wickets. Nicholas Pooran batted at a strike rate of 300. Pooran collected 75 runs off just 25 balls. Besides, Powell collected 52 runs off 25 balls and Rutherford collected 47 runs off just 18 balls. Almost every batsman in the squad batted well. On the other hand, the Australian team has been able to collect 222 runs after batting with a target of 258 runs. I think Australia would have won this match if Travis Head was in Australia's squad today. In IPL, we have seen great batting from Travis Head.

India has always crushed Pakistan that India vs Pakistan encounters are no longer interesting. If Both teams are of same caliber, then we are talking!

Also, if these two teams would face off in semis/finals after beating other opponents, it would be more interesting. As it is right now, a direct encounter is merely a cash cow for ICC.

Just because Rajasthan backed the Parag, it doesn't mean he got some contacts or in the worst case, in possession of nudes of BCCI officials so you are being too hard on Poor kid Riyan and this comparison is odd.

From WK's point of view, Azam Khan is a big downgrade of Rizwan or even Sarfraz.

Middle order collapsed because this was then the spinners were introduced (Adil Rashid and Liam Livingstone). The scoring rate went down all of a sudden, and Fakhar Zaman, Shadab Khan and Azam Khan departed in quick time. Iftikhar Ahmed tried to stabilize the innings along with Usman Khan, and they were somewhat successful in doing that. But in the end, the target of 158 was not enough. Phil Salt and Jos Buttler are in terrific form, and they got to 82 runs in the first 6 overs.

It is certainly believable that Pakistan's game depends on Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. We have seen many matches before if these two batsmen can perform well and play well then Pakistan team can play well later on. And if one of these two players performs poorly then no one else can sustain the match well. Although the team won their series in England by winning this match but it is very sad for Pakistan team that they lost the series again. Although you are here congratulating Pakistan team for losing the series if it is ridiculous then it was definitely deserved for Pakistan team. However, if the Pakistan team continues to perform like this, they will never be in a good position and their most important thing is to improve their game.

Babar Azam was out too early, he could have made too many runs and when Babar Azam was out then as usual, the all team lost their wickets but still at the end, Pakistan made a good score just because of Usman Khan effort otherwise, if instead of Azam Kahn, there must be Imad  Wasim then he could be a great finisher and they can take advantage with him at the end of the game and could give more score as a target.
