Afghanistan did good, but they could have done much better, they fell like dominoes after the first fall of wicket, and gathered mere 31 runs in last 6 overs, I expected 230+ score the way Afghan openers were going.

Afghanistan team was able to provide a big target due to the devastating batting of the two openers Ibrahim Zadran and Rahmanullah Gurbaz. Rahmanullah Gurbaz scored 76 runs off 45 balls and Ibrahim Zadran scored 70 runs off 46 balls. Afghanistan collected 156 runs in 15 overs. I thought the team would deliver more than 200 targets today. But Afghanistan's innings stopped at 183 runs. The team could not bat well in the last 5 overs.

Sri Lanka had a poor performance against South Africa in their first group stage match. Sri Lanka's first innings was all out for just 77 runs. Nortje performed  not very well in the IPL tournament that ended a few days ago, but in today's World Cup match, he bowled brilliantly in their first match and he conceded just seven runs in four overs took 4 wickets. Actually I am hoping that South Africa gonna be win in 10 over against Sri Lanka but unfortunately they also lose much we get in under 100 run in the regards of T20 format. Anyway I have been seen few times that Sri Lanka batting line up is gradually downish I think Sri Lankan team management shoot keep I on this for the next tournament.

Very bad performance from the Lankan team everyone was not expecting this kind of Performance which shows zero resilience against the peace attack of South Africa. This is not what you have to do on the World Cup stage where everyone is seeing you especially your country people just look at the USA the way they played indeed it's against CA but it's still a team and the pressure of the World Cup and the USA Playing it for 1st time but they performed brilliantly well.

Out of the four matches that have been held in this year's T20 Men's World Cup, the match between South Africa and Sri Lanka has been the worst, and I don't think it is reasonable to accept that a team like Sri Lanka will be bowled out for 77 runs in a T20. Yesterday, South Africa's pace attack was so controlled that Sri Lanka was bowled out for 77 runs. Moreover, Sri Lanka's batting disaster has reached such an extreme that several top order batsmen of Sri Lanka have been dismissed consecutively.

The Sri Lankan team was in good form. But no one expected that the team would stumble like this in the first match of the World Cup. We were all looking forward to a competitive match. Because both Sri Lanka and South Africa teams are strong enough. But the Sri Lankan batsmen could not survive at the crease against the South African bowlers.
