From what I have seen from the ICC Men's T20 World Cup matches so far, it looks like the pitches offer a lot of support for the bowlers. Australia could only get to 164/5 despite being against one of the weakest teams in the tournament (Oman). Namibia struggled to chase a target of 110 against Oman a few days back and today Uganda almost lost while chasing a target of 77. Subcontinent teams are going to struggle a bit, as they are unfamiliar with bowler friendly conditions.

On the other hand, England team faced Scotland in their first match. Had the match not been abandoned due to rain, there was a possibility that England would have lost this match. Scotland's players collected 90 runs without losing any wicket for 10 deficits.

Against a team like Oman I thought Australia would win by a bigger margin. Australia set a target of 165 runs and Oman's players collected 125 runs. Omani players tried their best to perform well.

First we have PNG vs Uganda where the Papua New Guinea bat first and scored a very low target as expected while I am really impressed from Uganda because they work hard to filled the required gap despite they lose huge numbers of wickets on such tough pitch but thank to Paksitani born Oman player Ali Shah who really add a significant contribution and won the important match of the tournament.
Surprisingly Oman really give tough time to one of the best team of the tournament Australia especially in early overs because Australian I think took them really easy while due to support from pitch Thier bowler really showed his colour and took any early handsome wickets and the most shocking things is Australian were around 120 in 16th over which really showed how betterly Oman bowler done his job but unfortunately while chase they unable to fullfill the required and thus lose the match.

You can't compare Uganda or Papua New Guinea with Oman. The first two teams competed in this tournament with a majority native squad, while Oman didn't had any of it's citizens in its team. And I really doubt whether Australia took the match against Oman seriously. They are not even one of the strongest associate nations. Both Uganda and Papua New Guinea receive far less funding from the ICC when compared to Oman and the other GCC teams. Therefore I would give more value to their performances.

Judging from the previous game of both of these teams, expected PNG to win this one since despite the loss they gave a good fight to West Indies, while the Uganda was completely thrashed by Afghanistan.

Uganda won this one but it was more due to poor performance of PNG, especially in batting and fielding, even with this meagre score PNG could have won the match had they did not drop catches.

Anyway, congrats to Uganda, they were really happy with their world cup win.

The pitch was very supportive of the bowlers. Papua New Guinea batsmen ignored this and wanted to score quick runs. On the other hand, the Uganda bowlers (both pacers and spinners) bowled with a very tidy line and length. They managed to pick up wickets at regular intervals. PNG had a chance when they had Uganda down to 26/5. And when the score was 36/5, Charles Amini dropped a very easy chance from Riazat Ali Shah. That cost them the match. Shah went on to make 33.

Experimenting with David Warner as the opener is not working very well for Australia. He made 56 from 51 balls, but Australia got to a decent total only because of Marcus Stoinis (67 from 36 balls). And I still don't understand why the Australian selectors gave preference to Warner instead of Jake Fraser McGurk. Jake would have been a better partner for Travis Head. Mitchell Marsh also had a poor day today, as he struggled against the Omani bowlers. And as usual Glenn Maxwell got out for a duck.

Another one-sided match today between Ireland and India at the United States. Rohit completed his half-century, and Rishabh Pant is at the other end. India will get two easy points and a big boost in NRR. And given the fact that the only other full member nation in their group is Pakistan, it is almost confirmed that India will qualify for Super 8 (they will qualify even if they lose to Pakistan). This is a preplanned thing. We all know that what fetches the TRP for ICC? It’s the India vs. Pakistan match; hence, it is done with full plan so that maximum time we will be able to see India vs. Pakistan in the World Cup. The match against Ireland was really one-sided. The main thing that is concerning all the cricket fans in the dropped pitch of the USA. It’s very bowler-friendly, and batsmen are struggling to get the runs. Watching the T20 games feels like watching a test match. ICC needs to look out about this issue.

The performance of teams in this year's T20 World Cup is very erratic. In the first match we saw the Papua New Guinea players perform well. Papua New Guinea performed very well against West Indies. It was much more difficult for West Indies to win the match as well. So I thought Papua New Guinea would be able to win easily against Uganda in the second match. But the performance of New Guinea players against Uganda was very poor.

Even then, if Papua New Guinea could have given a target of 120, then Papua New Guinea would have been able to win the match. But the batting of New Guinea batsmen was very bad. There is no chance of Papua New Guinea winning the next two matches. New Zealand and Afghanistan are very strong teams.

Both Papua New Guinea and Uganda are weak teams in this World Cup but the match was very interesting and finally Uganda team won by 3 wickets against Papua New Guinea. Papua New Guinea batting first and very disappointing performance all out in just 77 runs. Uganda team chase down the target 78 runs in a loss of 7 wickets. The Player of the Match is Riazat Ali Shah from Uganda for his outstanding and responsible batting performance scored 33 runs from 56 balls and helped his team to chase down this low target.

You are right, I agree with you. The way Papua New Guinea performed against the West Indies. If they could have performed against Uganda by maintaining that consistency, Papua New Guinea would have won the match against Uganda. On the other hand, Uganda did not perform so well against Afghanistan, bowling and batting both performed very poorly against Afghanistan due to which Uganda was bowled out for just 58 runs against Afghanistan. However, Uganda bowled well against Papua New Guinea due to which Papua New Guinea was all out for only 77 runs. If Papua New Guinea could have given a target of 120 runs to Uganda, there would have been a chance to win. Uganda went down to bat on the target of 78 runs. In the beginning, he lost wickets and Uganda was under a lot of pressure. But Riazat Ali Shah played responsible batting for Uganda. Ireland batting first today scored only 96 runs and got all out in 16 overs. Ireland's batting performance in today's match was very poor and disappointing due to which very few scores were produced in the match. But we already confirmed that they will not win today's match against India and India was selected as the favorite team. However, as the Indian team is strong in batting and bowling, they have easily defeated Ireland in today's match. And right now India is fighting to win, and they are able to win very easily. However, in today's match, Virat Kohli did not perform very well, he got out with just one run. However, today's match was really interesting as India won by 8 wickets against Ireland by a huge margin.

Each team has been divided into different groups and we have seen the performances of the first few matches as proof that the group stage matches will not be that interesting. Perhaps the contests will be a bit more interesting from then on when both the teams secure the next round. 

In tournaments like T20 Cricket World Cup, some team is getting all out by 58 runs and some team is getting all out by 77 runs and some teams are regularly scoring below 100 then how can we enjoy these games. Big teams are fielding first when they win the toss against the smaller teams and due to fielding the opposition team gets all out in few runs but here we could have enjoyed atleast one innings if they had batted first. As cricket fans, this is definitely our complaint against the ICC.

United State is ahead in both aspects, because if you look inside the squad then United State is definitely performing well in these current seasons. Because this season they have won only one match in the points table, so there must be hope and United State must have won this match by a wide margin. 
But performance with Pakistan team will definitely be the toughest performance we can enjoy. But I say from my personal opinion that United State will perform well from both batting and bowling aspects.

The Australian team used to show good performance.  But Oman also performed well.  But they could not win the match with Australia because Australia is a strong and well performing team.  And Oman can't compete with that.  Their bowler stopped the run to some extent.  But their batsmen did not fulfill this target in which the hard work and struggle of their bowlers was wasted.  Had their batsmen improved their pace and effort, the target could have been achieved.  Yes, there is no doubt about it because they also knew that Australia will definitely win the match against Oman, which they took advantage of.  They could have achieved the target but their batsmen played restlessly.  Yes, if they played with each other comfortably, I can say with confidence that they could have won the match.  Congratulations to Australia on the win.
