I think South Africa will recover themselves in this match. I think most of the peoples wasn't expected the performance from the South African top ordered batmens.

Anyway, the South Africa team took 134 run and their wicket in hand is 5 and current over is 14.4. I think until losing their 5 number of wicket they were in good condition in this match but now I think they are now under pressure even the south Africa have more Current Runrate more than the Required run-rate. But even in my opinion there is still chance of wining by The South Africa team in this match.

West Indies secured a massive 7-wicket victory over South Africa in the first T20I followed by a massive 30-run win over South Africa in the second T20I of the series, which saw the Caribbean win the series against the Proteas with one match in hand. With only one match remaining in the three-match t20 series, South Africa can only save themselves from the shame of a whitewash as the series is already clinched by the West Indies. The way West Indies secured victory in the first two matches, there will be more chances of victory for South Africa in the third T20 match as well. 

In the first two matches, South Africa did not compete hard against the West Indies, so there is no chance to expect much from them in the third match.
