Completely agree with your statement. They were 86/0 after 5.5 overs, as Matthew Short and Travis Head were blasting the England bowlers. Even Jofra Archer and Sam Curran, two of the most experienced England bowlers were being hit all over the park. But once Head and Mitchell Marsh got out in quick succession, the scoring rate went down. They scored just 93 runs in the next 14.1 overs. Australian lower order is usually strong. But in this case, they collapsed without any fight.

But after a good bowling comeback the England team could not give a good batting performance and failed to achieve an chase able target at their home ground. Well, it does not matter how the rest of the Aussie batsmen play that game as it is not highlighted much because it was Australia who won the game. Has they had lost his match, it would have been the major talk in the media but it is not the case now. I thought England would probably win the toss and elect to bat first, but that didn't happen. Later on their bowlers overspent due to which everyone thinks that they lost this match. But I think their big mistake was not batting well. The batsmen in their team were supposed to play better but that is not the case anymore. As there are no previous players in the England team, the team is not able to play as confidently as before. I would not call 179 runs a big target. Although this is not a small score, it is not that it was too difficult to do. But I felt that there were some Australian bowlers whose bowling was based on the England batsmen. Yes ,you are right. Travis head played osum in this match and he was top performer of this match. He made 59 runs in just 23 balls and he was awarded as player of the match because he played crutial role in win and without his runs team was useless and they could lose this match and if he out on 0 run , team score could be 120 runs and that could be low target and opponent team could win this match by high margin.From England team,no batter could make good runs for the team and Livingstone was at the top and I am not impressed by his performance because  he made 37 runs in 27 balls.
