Yes, I also saw Pakistani bowlers bowling so well against Australia after a long time, especially Haris Rauf and Sufiyan Muqeem are bowling brilliantly though Sufiyan Muqeem's econ is 5.36 I think this is also a good bowling econ in the ODI format.
However, it is still not possible to say who will win this match because Australia still has five more wickets left. And I think Australia still has the ability to turn around. Moreover, their current run rate is in a good range, their current run rate is 7.42. They have six more overs left, I think they can go above 160 if they play like this. I believe this is his political statement about Pakistani team which badly exposed by Australian new bowlers which have no good experience of international cricket, but they have done impressive job and bring them on knees.
But here I also want to write in last few years we have never work from Pakistani cricket management for preparing their players for having good use of technique on Aussies pitches every time we lost here due to poor batting or fielding.

Today's match was very important for Pakistan especially as they put Australia under pressure from the start and forced them to finish the innings for just 147 runs. But one thing can be seen that even though Australia lost wickets at regular intervals, the economic rate of runs was good i.e. the average of runs per over was good.
In the case of Australia, the mandatory power play was 60 runs while in the case of Pakistan, only 30 runs were scored in the power play. That is, after one of Pakistan's top-order batsmen got out, they played T20 cricket like a Test, resulting in a high RRR towards the end of the innings, which led to early dismissals while playing aggressively.

I think Pakistan bowlers did well. Yes in the starting overs, they did not make a good start but later they controlled the runs very well. As you were saying, Haris Rauf is more effective for the first overs but I think if Muhammad Rizwan had used Haris Rauf in the beginning then I think it might not have so a good option because he is the player who can steady the game when required and if he would not pick the wickets he would go for many runs and at the same time in T20 every bowler can deliver 4 overs and every single over of Haris Rauf is very important for the Pakistan team as he is the crucial bowler.
