At the moment, there is not a single Bangladeshi who is consistent in the batting department. Litton Das used to be consistent, before losing his form a couple of years ago. And the domestic system in Bangladesh is not producing enough younger cricketers to replace those who are already in the squad. One solution would be to ask the A and U-23 squads to tour SENA countries more frequently, but that is also not happening. There is no quick-fix solution here. Bangladesh, I feel is a lost cause.

Pakistan team has won two opening T20I matches of this series but this doesn't mean Pakistan team has become a strong team. Bangladesh team visited Pakistan last August and won both test matches. Both Pakistan and Bangladesh are struggling in international cricket and fix to there current problem lies in improving the domestic infrastructure. We have seen many matches in the past where a big team wins the series and loses the last match due to lack of importance. Although it cannot be said that this happens in every case. I have often seen Bangladesh fans leave the field with shameful defeats. Why is Bangladesh cricket deteriorating day by day while other countries' cricket is improving? I used to support Bangladesh more when Shakib Al Hasan dominated Bangladesh. I have been following Bangladesh since the 2019 ODI World Cup where Shakib Al Hasan was unique. Bangladesh bowlers really had tough time stopping Pakistan strong hitters in first two T20 International matches. Pakistan scoring more than 200 runs in two games back to back which they had not done in seven years clearly shows how little impact Bangladesh bowlers had.
