I thought Bangladesh women would be champions in this T20 Tri series but Bangladesh players proved me wrong by performing badly. So far Bangladesh women have played two matches and lost both matches. Bangladesh women team lost against Netherlands women team which is very disappointing. Such poor performance of Bangladesh women before the upcoming T20 World Cup proves that Bangladesh women will not be able to do well in the World Cup matches.

Anyway yesterday Netherlands women scored 162 runs while Bangladesh women scored 154 runs and lost by 8 runs. RCB team must be congratulated because they have won the title twice in a row, in 2025 and 2026 due to their excellent performance. RCB team won the title against PBKS in 2025 and in 2026 they won the title against Gujarat Titans. They have won the IPL trophy in two consecutive seasons. Virat Kohli has been playing for RCB team since 2008 but he has not been able to win any trophy for a long time but he has been able to achieve this level twice in a row due to his excellent performance. However, RCB team's performance was very good and they were very confident due to which they have won the title twice in a row.

Kohli’s knock was a pure masterclass. That’s why he is known as the Chase Master. However, I was very disappointed with GT’s performance. I had also placed a bet in favor of GT, but sadly, I lost it.

I had high expectations from Gill and Sudharsan, especially since the match was at GT’s home ground. But both openers failed miserably. As we know, when the openers don’t perform, the entire team tends to collapse.

Along with Kohli, we also need to praise Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hazlewood for their brilliant performances. While Rabada conceded 20 runs in an over during the powerplay, the RCB bowlers completely choked the GT batters when it was their turn to bat.

But Royal Challengers Bengaluru proved them wrong, the game is all about mindset and aggressiveness and the pitch doesn't matter. Even though the match was in Ahmedabad, which is famous for having the biggest Stadium in the world and it is one of the flattest pitch stadiums, RCB still bowled excellently.

It is true that the T20 is all about mindset and aggression but you need to have a quality team backing that up. RCB had a well rounded team with good pinch hitters, a solid opening partnership and even if they lose wickets they have a player to anchor the innings and most of the time, Virat Kohli played that role.

The RCB bowlers were impressive, they knew the opposition's weakness, and the fast bowlers peppered and restricted GT batsmen with short balls resulting in 6 of their wickets falling to short pitch deliveries.

In the qualifiers, GT won the toss and sent RCB in to bat and RCB scored heavily, and GT was unable to chase down the huge total. In the final, RCB won the toss and sent GT to bat first and they failed yet again miserably, and with the form RCB was in, the writing was on the wall.

Now i think of it, if RCB win this one then it'd be 2nd IPL trophy for Patidar as skipper. I might have missed some expert opinions but i don't find them talking about his captaincy gig much, let alone his overall strategy as skipper. I also have virtually no opinion in regards to his tactical decisions.

What could be a reason for this ignorance? Possibly kohli- kartik stealing his thunder?

Kohli is too big on the star value so no matter who is deciding the strategies, they are just gonna assume that Kohli is involved in it but we knew the big change happened when Dinesh Karthik took chance with Bhuvi and then bagged Josh Hazlewood by trusting with their pace bowling irrespective of the venue and they delivered it.

As of now the IPL is one-sided, and looks like RCB is lifting their second IPL trophy and Patidar will join an elite club of winning back to back trophies along with Rohit and MS are the only two to have ever done it before.

I was actually talking about Vaibhav Stormvanshi and not Vaibhav Arora who are leagues apart in terms of talent. Arora sucks for me as a bowler while Stormvanshi is an entertainment storm in the IPL who was made for the T20 format.

Other relatively new and young players who entertained me in this season were Ayush, Priyansh and Hussain.

Different conditions need changes; the same strategy or mindset never works for any team, even in T20 IPL. They always have big scores because this set is for batsmen, and they can do it due to favourable conditions, but this will never work in other countries like South Africa or England.

At the top, both teams, RCB and GT, were on the same level of performance and quality, but GT failed due to their poor batting in the last two games. RCB bowlers did good work and never allowed them to have good runs against them. Especially Bhuvi, who did amazing stuff at the age of 36. Like Virat Kohli, he was also at his best. Both are having impressive seasons, and this was their main success in this season.

It is a fact that RCB had big name value players and Kohli was their captain for nine years, and yet they could only reach the final once. Once he handed over the captaincy and they actually started building a solid team, they reached a position where they could become champions.

Brilliant performance showed by RCB team. In the final match they did not take pressure. They played Calm inning and focused on winning final match. The RCB bowlers some wickets tool by bouncer bowl. They mostly tried to deliver bouncer because Opponent team showed weak point, they were feeling difficult to playing bouncer. So RCB team took advantage of this weak point and got some wickets through this. And in batting side RCB team's some players gave wickets early but virat kohli found his team trouble and then they played sensible and responsible inning. He played sensible hitting. And this is the role of good player when his team caught in trouble. On the other hand GT team could not gave good total for chasing. In final match they should gave minimum 180 plus runs then they could fight well to win the match. The three teams that have played in the Scotland Women T20I Tri-Series so far are Bangladesh, Netherlands and Scotland.These three matches have been played between these three women team in which the first match was between Scotland and the Netherlands, which the Scotland team won quite easily, while the second match was between Scotland and Bangladesh. The Bangladesh team won both of those match and Bangladesh faced the Netherlands team. Let see which team won. In this match, the Netherlands team looked quite active in this match. Perhaps they were very sad to lose the first match because the performance of their players in this match was very high. Perhaps seeing this, the Bangladesh team got quite confused and one of their players, Nigar Sultana, tried her best but could only make 154 and they faced failure by eight runs.

Kohli is the most successful captain for Team India in Test format. Not sure about the stats but I am pretty much sure we became the best in that format. But when it comes to IPL he sucked with his captaincy, even though he did most of the heavy lifting on his own and did everything he could but guess it's just his bad luck with RCB.

Anyway we will see lot of rumours about trades happening but it's too early to talk about that and we will know when its the time.

Finally after a long time we will have a Red Ball game, not the exciting one but at least watching it feels good.

Virat Kohli is an experienced player and Rajat Patidar is quite qualified as a captain, his strategy and his style of play are definitely good and advanced. He has performed the bowlers and batsmen one after another in such a way that they have been able to perform well in every game.
At every moment, the Royal Challengers Bangalore team did not give a break to create pressure on the opposing team, as a result, the Gujarat team performed worse in this match than in other matches. And by utilizing this opportunity, Virat Kohli's team won.
