Finally, the series is here by tomorrow, on Friday. It maybe interesting because it has been about more than 1 year or we can say 1.5 years for each team too play against to each other but still if we look at the head to head games those were held in 2024, Sri Lanka dominated that time very well where as before in 2021 the records was almost similar so they are similarities in pattern, it is hard to predict using the model but we can make guesses.

Actually you were right in this time the board team were in kind of similar strength and that is why it is really hard to predict which team will be ahead for the winning.

But even then if we want to compare then I think the West Indies team will be ahead because they have more hard hitters players and in the T20 format that was pretty helpful for a team and as well the host of this series is the West Indies and that is why I think they will also have the favour in terms of pitch condition. The 2 nd T20I game between Australia and Bangladesh was very enjoyable and this time Bangal Tigers completely dominating in this series and after winning this game Bangladesh also becomes the champions of this series. Australia opens innings first but the top order was completely flopped and lost there wickets on duck and in middle order Marnus Labushagne and Xavier Bartlett was stable the innings and lead the game in brilliant direction and puts high quality fifties and Australia set a good target in alloted fourty two overs.
Bangladesh batters was very excited because they the home conditions well then Australians and the top order was very brilliant today and Najmul Hossain and Souyma Sarkar was very good and they played a very impactful knocks and Bangladesh easily chase this target and becomes the champions of this series.

I lost a good amount of money betting on this match. The match was reduced to 38 overs for Afghanistan, leaving them to chase 294 runs. I was really confident that this was an impossible task as the required run rate kept on increasing and Afghanistan still needed 117 runs from 73 balls and it was only a matter of time before they started losing wickets because the pressure was increasing. This is exactly when the rain stopped the match.  

Looking back, I could have cashed out when the rain stopped play. In the DLS method, having wickets in hand gives you the advantage. Since Afghanistan had only lost 2 wickets, 173 was the par score at 25.5 overs. If they had lost another wicket, the par score would have moved to 184 runs.

That first night with Shai Hope really set mood for whole thing and until score was put on it, their big bats could play free of pressure of the scoreboard.By difference, Sri Lanka appear totally lost with both bat and ball. Defending poor target such as 149 against large number of heavy hitters was always going to be failure if they didnt get early wickets and that was the one thing they failed to do. There was no pressure on the team of West Indies because target was very low in this match And they achieved that target in the last over with fall of only 3 wickets and Sri Lanka team should try to make at least 160 if they want to win this match but their performance was poor and they could not touch 150 . Dasun Shanaka played very slow in this match and he is a main player of Sri Lanka team but played very bad in this match and played with strike rate of 95 in this match and he was playing last overs but he hit only 1 six and 1 four in this match. Kamindu Mendis played very well in this match and he made half century in this match but he was unlucky in this match and was run out at  51 score.

Oh, maybe the new youngsters of Afghanistan are so good, and in the next few years they are about to dominate the entire World of Cricket because in recent days, India is known as the top team, since they won back-to-back multiple World Cups in a row. Shai Hope is a very strong batsman. He balanced every situation, but the problem was he was playing well, not fast. In the next games, he needs to improve his run rate and at the same time, today he had a chance because since the target was not high, 149 is like nothing in T20i games these days, that's why this is not something where the need to feel tension or be pressurized, he had to try run too however hopefully for the next games. Meanwhile, he was playing so big shots and smashed boundaries but also needs to prefer running between the wickets.

Sri Lanka's batsmen did not perform well today. Chasing a target of just 148 runs, it was undoubtedly a very difficult task to defeat this West Indies squad. Holder and Shamar Joseph took three wickets each.

This match ended in a very difficult situation, although the West Indies team won due to their hard work. But in this T20 match, the Sri Lanka team could not show their performance, because after the opening batsman was out, the attacking batsmen could not be patient, only Kamindu Mendis was patient and led his team towards victory. But his performance alone could not enable the Sri Lanka team to win, as much as the batting performance was good,
the Sri Lanka team could not move forward with a good performance in bowling. However, the second match will be full of competition, because if the Sri Lanka team can identify and correct their weaknesses in this match, then the second match will definitely be won by the Sri Lanka team.

Sri Lanka scored  43 runs from the opening pair. But before they could score 50 runs, they lost three wickets. And that is why Sri lanka fell  behind early. Except for Kamindu mendis' 51 and Kusal Mendis' 36 runs , no other batsman could do much good. Sri lankan bowlers also could  not bowl well on this pitch. They were able to  take only three wickets. If Sri lankan bowlers could  have taken wickets quickly, they would have had a chance to win the match.
