This loss hurts more due to the situation. For the first time in international cricket Ireland defeated India with five of their main spinners fit. For India, it is even more difficult to swallow. India have a really strong bench of players and are ranked number one in the world, so losing to a team like Ireland who are ranked number eleven, is completely unexpected. Everyone was going for big shots and throwing away their wickets and no one was there to anchor the innings. India need to add proper batsman rather than relying on half assed players, even when playing against lower ranked teams like Ireland.

I would be surprised if Jasprit Bumrah will continues playing for the next 3 years. He is already 32 years old and for a fast bowler to continue pas the age of 34 would break his already broken body. He will probably end his career in the next 2 to 3 years.

Bumrah should not be used in every test match, maybe against Australia in Australia and against England in England other than that we can manage with DSP and the upcoming bowlers from the lot. Then he can survive for sure maybe 5 or 6 years with almost as potent as now, but when the time comes India should be prepared for a replacement, whether it is sooner or later.

Unbelievable performance showed by Ireland team. It was incredible inning which they played. As a weak team they performed outstanding performance. By playing first they scored 182 runs and lost 9 wickets. In starting they played slow and lost early wickets but middle order players played responsible inning. Especially Delany and Tucker played outstanding batting. They scored great runs. On the other hand Indian team could not perform well in both sides. First they bowled poor bowling and gave more runs. But as a stronger team they showed irresponsible performance. Just Abhishek and Dube scored well runs remaining other players could not perform well and showed poor performance in batting line.
