We should fear about the current situation of the market because now currently Bitcoin dominance is kept increasing and this makes many potential altcoins losing their value in the market. It will take some time to recover the price but we should not bother about the current situation, we need to hold them until the prices start recovering.

I did this last year,I just left my folio without checking for 5 months because I believe looking for the prices daily will only brings me stressful journey and besides there’s a lot of things I can do aside from looking at falling market

Not at all. I've lost a large amount of my fund  because of bear market But How could i leave & forget cryptocurrency, when it is already being a part of my life. Well now you can see green market. Bicoin pump 4x from start of 2019 including altcoins. So it's very enjoyable

Bicoin pumped, that is true, but it's not true that altcoins pump as well.

Just like you, I also loss because I believe that 2017 is the start of a good long journey but I was mistaken, it only made my portfolio sink.
I'm still hopeful on some of the altcoins holding but majority of it looks like dead and I already accepted that I loss money on some but still optimistic on some, so if I can hold longer, I only hope that it will make me profitable in general the moment I sell it at the right time.
