They should have specified the relevant clause from the terms instead of asking you to read them to understand the potential reason.

I understand your frustration at this moment even though I haven't quite experienced anything like this before, but I can only encourage you to be patient and not give up hope or lose confidence in this platform because there's always light at the end of the tunnel.

An error message definitely means your balance has been zeroed perhaps due to reasons of having more than one account created from same IP address, device footprint, using shared VPN to access the site among other reasons.
Maybe you didn't comply well with your KYC requirements or you funded your account with an address associated with multiple users, but the only thing you can do is to not give up hope and try to submit a formal complaint with evidence to the sub-licencing authority.

I can't help you destroy the reputation of earnbet.io but I can pray for you to find a resolve to your pressing issues because you are a customer and if the customer is always right by standard, you should be given a better response than being directed to go read the TOS of which may be too bogus to breakdown to understanding.

While I understand your frustration, you really should be a little patient about it. If they say their team is looking into it, then that's probably what the EarnBet team is doing.
Online customer support staff normally have no idea what's happening behind the technical problems of their platform that's why those guys can't give you definitive answers.

I believe using Contesthunters to settle disputes like this one is going to work and I have been seeing casino victims using this platform to resolve their issues without any escalation. The Earnbet team will surely respond to dispute against them so the matter doesn't become more severe. Sometimes casino support or team can act in a way that shows that they are not smart enough to handle issues with their players and such experience can make them to give a bad review about the casino which can affect the reputation of the casino.
