They come and go. It's a matter of perfect timing. When they happen to have time at hand, their reply can be very fast, but then they will have to go under for quite a time due to business matter. Yeah, usually these are low RTP games or these are the games developed by the casino itself, so they know what's going on. But I don't think it is true for major slot providers (pragmatic, bg gaming, hacksaw etc.) as @coupable said. But again very little transparency is there when it comes to this, and I still don't understand why there are way less provable fair slots in top slot providers.

No one would blame a casino for picking highly volatile slots to use, or those with a relatively low RTP.
