I'm coming back over a month later after my original post to say fuck this casino honestly. At the end of my rope with the nonsense and honestly just lying to me. It's not worth playing here for sports. I mention a couple of books that use the exact same provider in my screen shot that have been ZERO issues for a long time. I'm just fed up with this shit honestly.
In my initial post post below I recorded everything, all bet history and chat conversation. They won't/csnt tell me anything there expect saying that I can keep playing but my withdrawals are restricted. Righto, just another red flag but whatever I keep playing and guess what? I lose my balance! Shocker right, I'm fine with that since I accepted it.
I then ask when the withdrawal I made will be credited back to my account as it never was, they didn't give me an answer the first time, just that I can ask for review in the future.
Well what a shock, the provider says there is now fraud and it's never coming back. Obviously cant disclose any reason why. Convenient.
https://imgur.com/a/SzvL9rzWhat has caught me off guard is that I was fine playing here because my experiences have been so good with this provider on Novatrix SRL casinos, betandplay, 24casino, kukimuki... Like there are too many and I have nothing but fantastic experience with them win or lose
Earnbet is not one of them. At this point I don't even know if it's coming from the provider, it feels like such an amateur setup in their replies then saying the word fraud while they won't allow me to do KYC.
And I appreciate holydarknesss and contest hunters trying but at this point I don't know how I can trust anything coming from them.
Been using earnbet for ..I think a month? No issues with my first withdrawal, but I'm coming here now because my withdrawal of 1.8 eth had the same "error" message as the previous poster and when I contacted live support they told me its on hold because I have violated the terms and conditions. They say I can use the account with no withdrawals and maybe in the future my account will be unrestricted if I show "genuine play".
I have no idea what terms or conditions they think I've broken so I ask multiple times but they just repeat that they cannot share that with me and I should read the terms and conditions. So I have no idea what they are thinking I'm doing and no way to prove it wrong because they csnt tell me what terms are broken.
What has me confused is taking away my withdrawal balance entirely as "on hold" until when? They csnt answer, but I can still play with my remaining balance apparently. I ask if my current bets are fine and they cant answer.
My fear now is I have money locked up on the site, being told it *maybe* will be enabled again depending on my play.. but without knowing what I am doing wrong. It feels like it will be an endless loop of vaguely saying terms and conditions with my money stuck.
I'll be uploading all my support chat logs and my entire betting history like the other guy because I haven't done anything to break rules.
I uploaded it all on imgur, should be every bet Ive made + my talk with support, apologies if there is a couple of duplicates of the support chat
https://imgur.com/a/xb1DSHKEdit: has this been a reoccurring post with this casino? I have only gone back a few pages so I am unsure. I have emailed support with everything to try and get an understanding.
Are we living in an absolute madhouse?
These thieves stole over $35,000 from me two months ago, literally within seconds. Their justification? That I had supposedly used a proxy or VPN.
Fast forward two months, and apparently HolyDarkness is now telling me they are TOO BUSY to get my money back. Two whole months, and still no resolution. Yet somehow, they had absolutely no problem taking my money in less than an hour.
And now look at the affiliate banner sitting right there.
Then you come into this thread and honestly, it's like stepping into a madhouse. We've got people who have been scammed out of substantial amounts of money, with thousands of dollars being withheld, and meanwhile, everyone else seems perfectly happy discussing which Crash game is better or how to hit a massive win on some slots.
Seriously, what the actual fuck?
People have had their money confiscated, legitimate withdrawals blocked, and are being given the runaround for months, yet the conversation somehow revolves around what games to play and how to hit a jackpot.
I genuinely don't understand it anymore. We're talking about casinos withholding thousands of dollars from players, not someone having a bad day because they lost a few bets.
And the most ridiculous part? The people supposedly helping resolve these cases are still displaying affiliate banners for the very casino we're complaining about.
At this point, I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry.
