I took Liverpool win @3.90. Even though I know Barcelona have an impressive record at home (+30 games unbeaten in the CL), I feel like with this in-form Liverpool, a win is possible. Draw with goals @4.35 isn't that bad either.

Massive game for my beloved LFC tonight, I expect it to be a really tough game. I would happily get the fuck out of Camp Nou with a draw, preferably a score draw so we get a precious away goal or two.

Liverpool perform beautifully in their previous match in the UEFA league against the Barcelona but with what I'm seeing in tonight game is something different from the two team previous meet and Barcelona will this evening game by two goals.

Tonight it's totally a different mood. I hope we win.

I have been watching the live match through my tv but i had decide to turn off my TV when messi made second goals for Barcelona and in my view actually Liverpool was playing good even they can get several times attempts to score but i have to admit too Barcelona was very strong on that match however have to score 4 goals without conceded is just like mission impossible for Liverpool although second leg playing at Liverpool home ground but this is hard for them

It's unusual for Barcelona to lose possession to a team that doesn't dwell on holding the ball for too long, Liverpool are mostly a team plays on counter attack, but I'd say it was Barcelona plan all to let Liverpool have a fair share of the ball knowing they would not of too much threat possessing the ball.

Anyway, win with 3 balls difference in semi-finals means a lot. All the team play carefully and there are no weak opponents at this point.

surely they get a chance. by utilizing playing at least their home ground, Liverpool must force FCB to make extra time and even penalties to win.
Liverpool are always good when playing at home but this is the biggest Liverpool defeat at EPL and UCL this season. whatever the results, I really hope the second leg match will be interesting.

What do you think? I can see Liverpool winning the game at home unless they get caught on the break for being too reckless (given the goals needed), but to progress Barca have to be the clear favourites. I can't see Liverpool keeping a clean sheet even if they win which is going to make life even more difficult for them.

I knew that Barcelona is not an easy opponent but I was pretty suprised to see Liverpool with no scored goal. One goal would give some chances to get to the final in the second match. Zero score left almost zero chances vs Barsa in return match.

In CL season 2017/2018 Quarter-finals, Barcelona wins against Roma 4:1 in the first leg, but in 2nd lag in Italy, Roma wins 3:0 and go to semifinals. I think Liverpool is a much stronger team than Roma, and they have a chance. Not significant but there are. This year we saw it many surprising results, why not one more from Liverpool.

Indeed, if Ajax will intensify more effort when they get to the final with Barcelona, anything can happen becasue football is full of uncertainty. Although between the two team, Ajax are the under-dog but can still surprise Barcelona and the whole of football with their youthful age.

Has anyone ever thought about what will happen to Barcelona after Messi retires ? I mean they have a great youth team and that academy (la masia ? something like that) produces great number of players every year but considering Messi is just one and only which helps them get above everyone else if Messi retires I think Barcelona will become another "good team", like city was a good team, Liverpool is a good team, even ajax is a good team this season, I think Messi is the one that makes Barcelona above those teams, without Messi Barcelona is just another one of those teams.

Real Madrid was a good team this year, they got eliminated because they sold Ronaldo, well Ronaldo was a good player but he got eliminated too, so I really don't know what will happen but I hope it doesn't happen for a little more while.
