Ill think the bounty manager for JINBI is sylon, But we cant blame from the BM on what happen to JINBI. So many bounty hunters are frustrated that happen of JINBI, Someone said it is scam maybe it is true because i saw one of the bounty hunters are angry on that happen it has been 1 year now but in the end they are not given the rewards from the bounty hunter participated on that bounty.

What you said was true earlier when you ask some technical question they will usually find it difficult to answer but the scammers will also update their way and will learn everything about it to fool people and hence it is not that easy to find out whether the project is a scam or not now a days.

Now creating a new altcoin is not difficult and even with just using a PC we can make it very easily, we only need to use / make the existing source code to create an altcoin.
But now the problem is how to developers to develop their altcoin so that it can be used by many people or the community because without good development, it is certain that altcoin will gradually become a dead coin and of course this will be very detrimental to many people who have spent money to invest in the altcoin.

Two big project and raised million but cant pay participants right amount for thier effort. This things can be possible to happen also in other big project. I have no update about envion mostlikely a dead project already afteerdecieving thier promoters payment .

Only with some time, you will mention some strange team decisions and based on them it can be revealed that this project is a scam.

And why investors buying some shitcoins, I think they are not fool to buy in such a shitcoins that have no value or have only cents amount. Scammers from now are can develop more altcoins to scam from us or making some project that are not totally being succeed. And their are new atlcoins to be trusted if we are going search on them from bounty altcoins but need to careful to choose because their lot altcoins also have no amount and listed to unknown exchange.

What you are saying makes sense but there are many problems with this, the amount of legitimate projects out there is incredibly low compared to the amount of scams in the market, you could grab 100 different projects and investigate each one of them in a very deep way and I'm not sure that you'll find a single one that has any potential to make profits in the future, this should give you an idea of how difficult it is to find a worthwhile coin.

I like the newly released altocins to the ICO fashion in 2017 and they don't give me much confidence. Of course I don't have the same thoughts about all of them. coins with good projects and team

As of now we always seen some new altcoins spreading anywhere in a market but the value too low.
If we want to trading or investing must better to choose those old coins that have history can increase the price again than these new altcoins.
Ill have enough altcoins right now in my folio one of them are not surprises and no future to become to be popular altcoins in a market.

I don't even know how many new altcoins are being created these days, but there are already *thousands* on the market, and 99.9% of them aren't worth even considering, much less putting money into.  Bitcoin already has problem with adoption, so do you think some new coin that has no advantages or innovation is going to succeed?  I don't think so.

The only coins worth owning are probably the top 15 on coinmarketcap, and they're the ones that probably won't lose their positions on the list, except for Tether and maybe two others.  Keep going down the list and you'll start not even knowing what those coins even are, and guaranteed they're dead or dying.

It is highly risky to bet on any new coins. To be safe and to cut losses either it is healthy to not go with the new currency or to go deeper and study the coin enough by investing time.
