The admin announced in the campaign thread that withdrawal for users who have not made any deposits before will be processed manually and that could take extra time than the normal instant withdrawal, having an active admin such as blackjack admin the wait will not take long as expected.

Of course and in any case the admin has the right to verify withdrawals either manually or automatically. But the problem was yesterday the withdrawal button didn't work (not respond) to use, it seems that's the only problem it's not about manual withdrawal or not and now everything is fine.

The recent issue reported was from signature campaign and not from gamblers in the Casino. Signature campaign participants don't deposit on the Casino that's why we are the one that mainly affected on the recent updated but it was already resolved after a couple of hours after it was reported by concerned participants here.
