there's seems some visual bug too on website when using mobile phone. I experience glitches whenever I click multiple games in short interval. Running in automation? Possible. .If you do see them on the time that you are playing then why not try to check them on other time frame on which on the time that you do sleep?

I did that with only less than 0.04 BTC bankroll too, and that was after collecting a lot of patient gambling with blackjack to get the daily rewards from about 30 mbtc only

Well this is my 2 cents but considering that the site rewarded people in btc from all those wager contest including promotions across and as well as having pretty low house edge for their BJ game, they are probably pretty much left with thin margin for rakebacks. Especially when wager volumes are kinda on the low side, there are several high rollers like you while most people are probably dust amount so yeah its good to have rakebacks in players POV but I doubt they are getting it rolling out soon

I think if you keep active yourself to grab the Rewards you can earn more than rakebacks.

For example if they pay 15% of house edge as rakeback. You can earn by 50 BTC WAGER

50BTC = 0.28% HOUSE EDGE = 0.140 BTC
Rakeback 15% will be = 0.021 BTC only (if I am not wrong)

But if you wager the 50BTC in a week and spread them everyday + some hours daily then you can easily win

I think that is because the UI needs to 'finish' or 'settle' all of the animations first. I get the same thing if I want to like place a new bet/rebet or do a new action, some bets do not settle until you go back to the previous game and allow the animation to finish (even the part where your wins are credited and the numbers in your balance all run up fast like speedometer).

At what date you wager this amount and do mind telling us what perks you are asking? I'm not familiar with the VIP program of the casino but you should know the active perks and promotions before you wager that amount. The casino doesn't responsibility to grant your request especially if they are not offering it to other VIP players.

You accept what's the casino offering and don't ask more than that since they didn't force you to bet. Just leave just like what you did if you didn't like there current perks but posting publicly about your disappointment is a cool move.
