You will really not understand if you are not a competitive person. Just give them some time and they might consider on allocating some budget for total overhaul about its design but actually and honestly speaking i dont really see for it to be that bad.
This is the design on where they do able to hook up these whales or high rollers then its already understandable that they had been also pleased on platforms designs which should really be enough

No worries, just keep checking it out near the end of the dailies. It happens to be in the evening for me so actually can be a good time or bad time,,, depending on the day and the traffic (if I get to work or if I am coming home from work).
