I have a problem: I can't log in.

I click on reset password, it sends me a link to my email inbox, I change it and when I go to log in again it tells me that the username or password is invalid. I have reset it 3 times already. Has something similar happened to you? Let's see if someone from support can tell me something.

It is strange because you already reset it 3 times. Besides that, usually, when we click the reset button, we can resolve the problem at once and after that, we will not have the same problem. I am sure they will help you right away to log in to your account.

Admin I just discovered in the FAQ there is some line about Lifelines and Sweetlou told me in chat it does not exist. Time to remove it and update some of the text formatting there also as I see some spaces missing and small typos like that. So new players do not get confused

Yes that life line is available during there first version of blackjack back to the time when they are not revamping to the current casino. I really missed that life line because you can peek on the dealers hand if you use it but there is just a limitation on the amount that you can bet when using it. I hope that the admin will return that feature in the future and add a table where player can play at one table and battling against the house.

I have the same issue previously having a trouble but now i save the information to my browser so its more easier to me to login, i guess its ideal to contact the administrator here in the forum, or make a support email they are now currently working with their profile for users so i guess soon they will manage and fix these bugs.

They recently just update the rewards distribution for both hourl wager and biggest contest. Top 20 is now eligible for the rewards instead of top so literally even small can win some share on the prize pool. I do not use roulette strategy of anything I know but martingale still works, that is something used in roulette as well so maybe you are talking about that? I do martingale and it does work, you could farm wager amount and the return is not that bad at all. Yeah there's seems some visual bug too on website when using mobile phone. I experience glitches whenever I click multiple games in short interval. The developer is always doing regular maintenance every month to optimize all bugs. We just need to keep posting here or in the chatbox all the issue we encounter while playing on the casino to help them improve it quickly.
