I guess just some thing they notice with the account well it is already fixed and it is good that soju are still kept in touch with the blackjack management so we can make a immediately fix with the issue we are facing with, currently I'm addicted in playing with their slots and in the night i have the routine of playing blackjack lol keep enjoying but still manage with risk.

Glad to hear your problem is resolved, related to your account maybe they suspect you are doing money laundering?

I believe this maybe the case on his issue because there’s no wagering requirements on blackjack.fun while he mention that is doing this unusual activity of moving his balance in and out to his account on a single day. This will really raise an alarm to the security team of the casino. I’m glad to see that he just asked for KYC and no further question because this action might result to ban of account once they suspect the transaction is for money laundering.

Blakcjack.fun is the only casino that I know that don’t have wagering requirements on deposit. Maybe it’s time to add now to avoid this conflict in the future.

i think you need to wager a minimum of 5mbtc/day to get that bonus
the new update was rain which is implemented yesterday and it will give rain to people who are chatting in the last hour

Agree with you, and I have already made the same request a while ago... such information should be placed clearly in their homepage or VIP page or ToS. We can't ask each time on forum for explanation.
Maybe with next update it could be added more details about VIP benefits/bonuses, I think it could be very useful for all players.

It's true we asked for it a while ago but we must always remind them because the admin often forgets to add it to the list
Recently I saw they added a feature that wasn't on the list that's why I assume the admin often forgets

Hi, Ok, I will forward the info to the owner. by the way, you can not play the Craps by Evolution? I have just tried to enter the game by the Evolution Lobby, it's working well to me. (though I did not play there, since I could enter the game it should be playable IMO.)

If not working for you then I assume it could be GEO blocked.
