@sujonali, can we request to the team to bring back automatic withdrawal or at least remove the cancel button for the withdrawal request so that user won’t have a chance to gamble again the requested withdrawal money.

Men I’m losing a lot of juice with this manual withdrawal because I’m always become impatient on waiting for more than 4hrs for my withdrawal. Last Saturday I manage to win 160$ from my 50$ deposit then I lose it all after I cancel withdrawal and gamble again. This happened to me multiple time already. Oh Pleassssee.

btw the feature of canceling withdrawal was actually player choice. When it was not there people were asking for the cancel button so that they can cancel it and start playing. So it's not a solution of removing the cancel button. Every platform nowadays has it. So I can ask them to speed up their withdrawal confirmation.

On the other hand, you should keep patience while you are gambling. It's really hard to control emotions during gambling.

Absolutely right, makes no sense complaining about bonus and even going to farther to liken the casino to scan simply because one thinks the bonus was not done in a way that it could favor alot of users easily..

I have also experienced similar log issues sometimes and I believe i large portion of that problem relies on the network connectivity of my internet connection, but then there are times one also experiences delay with blackjack features such as withdrawal, but even at odds network traffic I can access the site from my end since their last update of the blackjack site.

Check again the definition of SCAM before you accused a legit casino. Just because the requirement is hard doesn't mean it's a scam because the casino doesn't mislead anyone about that and it was publicly announced to inform all players of the changes in the terms. It can be considered a scam if the casino changes terms without informing the player which is not the case. I'm an old player of this casino before the new wagering requirements were implemented on the bonuses. I just skip playing since I find it hard to complete based on my own bankroll and gambling skills.

So I would like to suggest them, Change/add some algorithms to make it more intelligent to be perfect where he should and where he should not.

For the cancel withdrawal button, there is actually no problem for me and there is no need to remove this feature.
In fact, your past losses were already at your risk when canceling your withdrawal and preferring to bet again, causing you to lose.

That does happen . I do try to gamble and earn money during the same period, I like to withdraw when I win but then I end up gambling even more, this is something everyone does I think and not really feeling like a big deal.

There is a reason why gambling is so addictive, it is fun that we rarely get in our life if we do not have any other hobbies, and as someone who likes to play pc games, I can say that the cure for that happens to be playing some games for me. Lastly I’m not entirely sure about if it’s chatgpt or not but it seems that AI bots is the new trend, and @Sujan is correct because it’s clear that there’s more work needed to be done on the bot to make it perfect.

When a website gets this much more attention in a short span of time, it becomes clogged with requests, sort of like a natural ddos attack so to speak. So when blackjack got this much more attention and loved by many people, that was the reason why it was slower, because nobody could have predicted how big this website got and how quickly it got there as well it was certainly amazing.

But at the end of the day, we knew that they would do something about and indeed they did, I suppose bigger and better servers? That's how they got fast. Chat part for AI is still a bit annoying to me, I hope that it gets better in the future but I guess that is the future we are moving towards, maybe one day we will not know if we are talking with a person or an AI neither, they could start to solve captchas as well.

Yep, A tutorial or a guide must can help newbies on the casino. Though it shows that if a newbie has a hard time using or locating on the casino, It basically shows that the casino is not that user friendly. I experienced casino who are not user friendly even I'm used to browse a casino but being a newbie with no experience is different. A bot would be sufficient enough to guide newbies I guess. So guys, after seriously wagering some money for the last two days I think I finally understand what's going on with how the "bonus" cash works. At least, in wallet, there is a bonus amount, and this must be wagered whatever amount and progress is shown.

What I don't really understand is what goes into bonus and what goes into wallet directly. Hourly wins for highest bet and highest wager seems to go direct into wallet as I won both that in an hour (30 cents + 60 cents) and I see 90+ cents after the prizes are distributed direct in wallet (which contradicts the Announcement message of 6 April).

But the daily prize of $50 for example goes to bonus which requires something like $3500 wager to unlock, which feels like a lot
