I think picking just one game and focusing on that could very well provide a great upside for the website, not saying it is the smartest decision because I am not a casino owner and I wouldn't know the first thing about running a business like this, but we can say that there are tons of places that made one thing and became very good at it.

Look at bustabit for example, those guys have just one thing and they are doing it very good (saying their name because they are not competition since its different game) which means you can be great with just one game. Btw I have some ideas and think it will be good to implement but hard, yeah, I know.
What about to create blackjack rooms? Where people will be able to play 7 against 1 (dealer). There will be rooms with different min/max bets and with different promotions. Some of them may have sidebet options and some of them - not. It will be better to become as close to live casinos as possible. A lot of people already know advantages of provably fair system and I guess it will turn into advantage for your blackjack too.

Wallet is calculating tx fees itself. All the info there is live. More inputs more it costs.  Unfortunately bitcoin fees are pretty expensive now a days for small transactions. Even tx fee with bitcoin.com wallet is very similar.

5usd and less tx fee for btc is so small that transactions can get stuck for days. It would cause so many problems if blackjack.fun fans transactions are stuck.

There is no world where I trust someone totally stranger to me with possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars in a casino. How could I ever know if he built a backdoor or not, how could I know if he is legit and not a scammer?

I would rather hire them in an office, right on my face, and let them work there as much as I can. That way if they do end up scamming me, I know who they are and where they live and all the information I need about them. At that point it doesn't really worth it to steal anything since you would be in jail anyway so it wouldn't really make any sense to have millions of dollars even hundreds of millions of dollars since you would be in jail and can't spend it anyway.

That's a huge job since they will be an exchanger for that thing but its good addition since the site user will not find any platform to exchange their winnings to various of alts, but I don't think they will implement this since I don't know if there's a site made this by now or maybe I just missed them.
