guys help me, whats wrong with rig ?
Hashrate one of gpu goes down to zero, and second one to 36 mh/s
screenshot miner

win 10 pro x64
Nicehash 1.9.1.8
claymore 14.7
AMD drivers
virtual mem 16000
powersuply 2500w

Its probably happend after an unplanned win 10 update. But now I hope all update service is turn off, but sometimes hashrate still goes to zero

Why miner is not restart automaticaly ? how to fix this ?
How to correct edit claymore config in nicehash ?

Thanks for all!

Really keen to invest in some Vii's, but unless I'm going insane, isn't the 90-100mhs for 200-220W on eth identical to 3 tuned polaris (3x30mhs@70w=210w)?

Vii costs c.£600 in the UK, or old polaris about £150 for 3...

For the VII, 82mhs requires ~215w, while 90mhs is more like 250w iirc.

For polaris (at least my 580-8s,) i get ~32mhs for about 110-115w best case.

What has everyone been using their VII to mine currently?
Seems ETH really isn't the way to go for a while now?

I mine Monero with SRB miner. 3050 hashes for 170W of power from the wall per GPU. System of 2 GPU's mines for weeks without freezing, rock solid.

ETH 70+ Mhs at 1450 core clock 830mV 950 Mhz HBM2.  That's much better than any other card.

Well, I bought 2 Radeon Vii last week and had to return them after few days since I wasnt able to run them efficiently and definitely this card doesnt get much support overall.
What are you talking about? I get 3050 hashes on Monero for 170W power from the wall. The card is stable 24/7 it runs for weeks

Did anyone;s Radeon VII die already? I have a Powercolor with Hynix HBM2 which just died (drivers always crashes in Windows, and would not run any OpenCL job in Linux).

I am just getting ready to get my first mining rig and everything I see says that the AMD Radeon VII has the best hashrate for alt coin mining.

For those of you using them would you still buy them today after using them for a while ? Thank you in advance.

I have one that I bought when they came out. Have nothing bad to say, it works like a clockwork Smiley I'm mining mostly Ethereum and Monero with it.

If I would buy one today? No, but I would not buy any new GPU for mining today.

they're powerhungry, but powerful. New drivers are supposed to unlock more memory, but the same can be said for 5700s, which are much newer and cheaper. So personally I'd pick the 5700 if buying new today, but currently roi is about 600days, so bad time to buy anything new. If your power is cheap, buy old 470s for peanuts, if your power is pricey buy an F1 mini for amusement.

Did anyone managed to get over 3050 hashes for Monero under 200 Watts?

I get 3060-3070 at 170-171 watts (software, probably about 190 watts at the wall).  This is a personal desktop tucked back in a corner, so I can't put a killawat on it to get the exact power draw.

I was hoping we would have seen hashes over 4000 for under 200 watts, considering that it has been 8 months now since the release date, but still there is no change in the hashrate, this is sad
