Yes. Bitcoin is the base/core of the crypto platform! Without Bitcoin, the crypto market will be vanished for sure. Bitcoin price is rising and today it hits 4K USD and look at the total crypto market cap, most of the coins are increasing with BTC. If bitcoin price goes down again, the whole crypto market will follow bitcoin! And it has been proved many times!

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Yes, Bitcoin prices will always move first, before Altcoin. This doesn't happen once or twice. Bitcoin is the mother of cryptocurrency, in the first position in both price and market cap.

It is so obvious that even no one will argue, from year to year the situation does not change and the dominance of bitcoin has never shaken, its influence on altcoins is simply enormous

yes I agree because bitcoin does have a big influence in determining the price increase of altcoins, if bitcoin rises then all altcoins will also experience price increases and vice versa

Yes, it could be that bitcoin has a strong influence, as the top coin crypto and parent of all coins, of course if the price of bitcoin rises it will affect other coins, hopefully in the not too long the bitcoin will increase in value so the other coins will also increased too

From yesterday the price of bitcoin got increased upto $400 due to the speculation of ETF approval by SEC which made all the other crypto currencies to bump with the same level of bitcoin so which shows that if bitcoin prices recover all the crypto currencies will be able to recover.

Do you agree that?

Bitcoin is just an instrument used to buy some other kind of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin doesn't really help up to increase the market price of such altcoins. SEC couldn't have the power to hold bitcoin as if it can do whatever it can.

If we are going to implement that, I think we should always use bitcoin as our main cryptocurrency. Then just buy some altcoins that will going to make our profit steady. Just like what I am doing while I am trading my investment in binance.

I do not see so, although last few days rises of bitcoin leads to the rise of other altcoins but yesterday bitcoin drop back to 3.8 some altcoins are not affected at all. What i suppose is that bitcoin price indeed will have some infulence over altcoins but not 100%.

Indeed, the influence still strong inside the crypto market, so whenever bitcoin moves alts still affected and go along the directions, maybe
it will take a long time to go before this two will be seperated, alts needs to build its own popularities and different venue and usage if they
wanted to move away from the shadow of btc.

Only time can tell what future brings to all those competitive alts around this industry.

For some time being it isn't possible for any of the altcoins in the market to go away from the shadow of bitcoin. Bitcoin will influence the Market and if such a trend prevails surely the growth of the alts gets affected. As of now bitcoin itself too yound, compared to bitcoin what has been into existence regularly needs some pathway. This is been provided by bitcoin.

I do agree, yes. Since bitcoin is the main crypto it can influence other crypto too. Most of the time when bitcoin raises the market follows the same trend.

The opinion that you convey in my opinion is correct and I also agree with that. In 2017, of course, we still remember the price of Bitcoin rose very high and that was followed by all Altcoins. But entering 2018 the price of Bitcoin is slowly decreasing and that is also followed by all Altcoin. Bitcoin is the king of coins and this is the first coin.
It is normal for bitcoin to become a digital currency that has a very strong influence on other cryptocurrency price movements because bitcoin is the first digital currency created and is most often used for many trade industries.

of course yes.
we sat that in q4 2017. firstly bitcoin go 18000s from 5000s in november. after that in dcember and janury all altcoins get at least 5x

Bitcoin is the heart of cryptocurrencies, the question is illogical as everyone knows the entire Alts follow BTC, crypto market is still dependent on BTC I can clearly state that without a doubt. Else we could have seen changes in the Alts, well a lot of them are eagerly waiting to see a pump and hopefully it will recover very soon.

It's not about agree or not, but it already became reality on cryptocurrency world. Every movement that bitcoin has will be affecting the altcoin.
It doesn't matter whether it's a rise or a fall, the altcoin will surely following the footstep of bitcoin.
