I was thinking of getting back in at current prices but looking at the volume chart below it looks as if someone now owns 80% of aph buying in at 2000 sat. I'm not sure how to read that though

Well i think this should be considered a buy in before pump. Not sure though but such a high buy wall usually is followed by a big pump. We'll see

BTW just outta curiosity...no hate...how the fuck is this going to 'boost the Cyprus' economy? Give me some details before I invest my hard earned fiat into this

Your hard earned fiat will boost the Cyprus economy when the dev spends it.

How come bitcoin is different? Does bitcoin boost the economy? If so, just by using a local decentrilized cryptocurrency is a good enough reason to help with the economy. I suppose you never had the luck of experiencing a bank "haircut" like the Cypriots did.

with the current price nothing will boost thats for sure. Let's hope Aurora will succeed tonight (airdrop) and Mintpal is adding Aphrodite tomorrow or in the next 2 days. The price will go up and as I said before if aurora succeed the same could happen with aph

Care to make a friendly wager with me on this?  How about 0.5btc's.  I'll bet that the price continues to tank
days after it hits mintpal and people continue to see how the dev is scamming the premine.

We can use an escrow service.  Hell, if you're right and it survives, you can use
that 0.5btc to buy more and shill it even more on the forums!

What do ya say?  Come on man, you seem pretty sure in your shilling methods. Why not back it with a bet?

This particular "developer" is a thief. He lied about everything. Even web site is copied. He is moving premined coins around to different addresses. There is no reason to do that other than to sneak a few thousand to an exchange.

Dump now or you will be competing against a thief with millions of coins to dump. He makes money even if the price goes to 0.01 cents as he has millions. Rest of you don't.

Aphrodite coin is being "pumped" by BTCWhale you guys.
Check your twitters.

What does this mean?

It means he snatched up a Whole lotta them and is gonna dump them on our asses as soon as price rises enough

If he says he's pumping, this means he is definitely dumping on you.

Well Spaincoin round 2 I guess, just be ready to sell when the price is right, then rebuy double your APH at 1/2 the price and get some BTC on the side also.

Or, you know, hold and don't follow exchanges for a few days.

Avoid euphoria and panick induced trades at all costs.

I think Auroracoin leads the way and the Airdrop is going just fine. Expect coins like Aphrodite to follow.

There is  no "Airdrop" for "Aphrodite". The guy  lied about everything.

The premined coins will be distributed to the entire population of Cyprus, commencing on midnight 21st of April 2014. About 885,000 Cypriots will be made able to claim 25.4 Aphroditecoins each over the following year.

Also to note. A reporter from Fortune Tech has contacted the devs.

I can guarantee there is no airdrop.
I am from Cyprus and...
1. no one knows about this coin even though the dev said that there was alot of interest from Cyprus
2. I have sent PMs to the devs on many occasions offering to help with the airdrop as I have many ideas and connections to make it work and have been ignored every time.
3. The dev is NOT from Cyprus even though he claims to be.
4. The contact information given is all wrong. Phone number has one digit too many and the email bounces back.
PLEASE BOYCOT THIS COIN AND STOP THE CONSTANT FLOW OF SHIT COINS DESIGNED TO MAKE THE DEVELOPER RICH ON THE BACK OF OTHERS, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU LIE ABOUT CHAMPIONING THE CAUSE OF A BROKEN NATION. ABSOLUTELY NO MORALS!
AVOID!!!!!
