Investors anticipated the rise and as a result the price rised before the fact. This is usual behavior.

That's true, we are expecting a rise and we are seeing it.
However, this is not the only rise we are expecting, we want a higher price since ETH reached over $1,000 and the price now is very cheap compared to its ATH. We have hopes and we are willing to wait, and what makes us happy now is that we are seeing a constant growth.

We all believe that Ethereum will reach a thousand (and more even), but nobody knows when it can happen. I am sure that we cannot make any predictions: simply work - trade, hold, invest, learn more about crypto. I bet BTC will be the best gainer.

I would like to say that I have been finding it very exciting to see ETH shooting up in recent times. I have always longed to see an improvement in the value of ETH in my wallet and am happy it is happening gradually. Initially, I thought that is going to be an end for crypto when this year began on a high level bearish market condition. I was initially of the opinion that I should sell off all my coins to avoid further dump in their value but summoned the courage to be hopeful and persistent. In  a short while, I am sure we are going to see ETH skyrocketing beyond our widest imagination.

This must have been because of BTC's rise. Most altcoins moved a little bit too.. So I rather think this is caused, like most of it, by bitcoin as the largest crypto.

i so much have interest in eth , the coin is different totally from other coins .eth makes me feel crypto is still coming back fully.the innovation of eth brings a new fundamental
to blockchain itself . i prefer buying or investing in eth more than buying bitcoin because i know no matter how eth dip , it come back within a blink of eye. so for me i prefer ethreum more than any coin

Still interested with Ethereum but the price of it recently haven't moved unlike Litecoin and other crypto's that has a very responsive price movement. How I wish that this is already the start of the bull run that ETH will reach again the highest that it can.

While bitcoin on the side, who's the predictor of the market will reach an enormous growth in terms of pricing for this year. We have been missing a lot from it because 2018's was a tough year and we're still struggling until now.

Hard fork did not bring the price increase for Ethereum, although many hoped for it. But I am glad that after hard fork ETH the cost of transactions in the network has decreased.

Network performance has improved amongst other things like lower transaction fees and it has steadily growing brand recognition and adoption, but the value hasn't appreciated even with the arrival of alt season which may be the result of increased competition from other platforms however it should still enjoy a moderate upswing before the years out especially if further upgrades and developments coming up are on track

it will not directly give effect to ethereum price.by slow and smoothly when much smart token created and used  by any projects they will fell how good ethereum network run.this reason will attract user use ethereum.

I also feel very good ETH. The lower the price of ETH, the more I bought, and I am keeping quite a lot of ETH. The market will soon warm up. everything will be fine again. ETH will again peak at $ 1500, hopefully this.

indeed the lower the price of ETH, then i will also hunt for it to get more.
i am still lucky to have bought some ETH when it costs $ 98. at this time i only need to wait until ETH has fully recovered.

if we talking about price , almost all cryptocurrency price now not stable at all.price move up and down extremly ,its not happen on ethereum only.but if we talking ethereum platform that used by many projects i am sure its very interested for us.

Indeed, the ethereum platform has more benefits and many projects use it. The ease and simplicity that makes many interested, of course, security is also good. Vitalik is quite smart in managing ethereum and this gives investors an opportunity to be more interested in him, even though there is a lot of competition but ethereum is still popular.
