Right now the best investment platform is the IEO, Binance had three successive IEO which are all success, I don't recommend any ICO right now, because even if the project is legit, there's no guaranty that it will successfully reach it's soft cap because of the market condition.

These sites will soon hold ICO on their own platforms and if you have time to buy coins during one of the sales, it will allow you to earn. I have nothing against iso in finance, but to say that all projects in finance are successful, very little time passed, when at the beginning, only successful projects passed on the same broadcast, because it was the beginning, then the fraudsters came.

interesting speculation but be very careful about this though. because what you are speculating is a big hyped up event and if it happens that means  a big hyped up pump in the said ICO which would be fake and consequently won't last long at all.

I think that in 2019 there are also many ICOs that are scam, if you want to invest in ICO, I suggest you can also choose ICO that has a good future, so you also won't lose your investment in the ICO.

Offerings on centralized services are honestly better than decentralized standard ICO-s at least until the market matures.
I was hoping to see companies dedicated to background research for ICO-s that would help investors.
Instead, exchanges became those same companies.
Fine by me. The problem is, Binance is totally scamming with their IEOs so we will again have to wait for more market maturity.

quite difficult and complicated in every investment speculation on ico for now. You can search for various references that display the ico project or can search the icobench. there are many choices.
but the risk is very high, so you better invest in 10 altcoin top

ICO for these 2019 is more strict, more difficult and be watchful or alert for the ICO you've joined because there are lots of ICO's now are good in their facade but if you go deeper you will find how does their ICO worked. As a total ICO is a very very good investment for all.

Bittrex at last IEO, they cancelled it because there are problem with team detail (Correct me if i am wrong) maybe it is give more security for investors. Because they not do IEO maybe there are really problem with the project and not want investor get something bad after invest.

Maybe as said it can be a good year for making an investment into ICOs. But, finding the right ico by this market scenario is really a tedious task. From my opinion as the market of bitcoin is quite high than the starting days of the year I prefer this can be the time to invest into potential ICOs and leave it for the year or until the starting of bull run.

Do not invest on ICOs, just put your money on existing projects that have a working product like btc, ethereum, litecoin, xrp, electroneum, and monero. ICOs are very risky especially if you are just a beginner in this space. Scams are everywhere and there are very few projects who succeeds in delivering the actual product.
