I never took part in it and I think it's more centralizing than anything else. The argument that this initial offer is being made in reliable exchanges is something that does not sound cool. Pre-sales can be made in moments that few people are aware of and many things can be obscure. The IEO at LAToken is not much interested because there are a lot of projects that are not clear there, LAToken does not care about the projects listed there are good or not they only prioritize volume to become the biggest exchanger, but the reality is not that easy to become a big exchanger

Listing on exchanger is about agreement between developers team and exchanger. Sometimes, developers team consider on market condition and when IEO on LAToken ended, listing paused. The IEO makes selling tokens through their launchpad, everyone can participate to buy IEO provided they have an Exchanger account. when the sale is finished, the coin will be traded there.
like Celer from binance, the celer will be traded at binance.
