Cryptocurrency adoption has begun and it is continuous. If there are some clear regulations on ICO/STO/IEO or just some kinda standard to protect investors funds am sure it will make some sense and drag investors back but with all the losses and no money back guarantee is hard to tell if users and investors are ready to forget the crypto style of inefficiencies

I'm sure in the future some kind of regulations will be applied to all of this projects because way to more people are losing their money. Someone has to take action sooner or later on this and it's just a matter if time until governments will actually do something about it otherwise scammers are never going to stop.

I think the biggest factor to have crypto more confidence is regularization and legalization because when the time that it will happen more merchant and company will going to accept crypto as a payment and more people and investor are going to buy and use bitcoin as a payment and as a investment so it will be a higher confidence for crypto.

And that's not going to happen unless we have the government's approval and endorsement. That why it's important to have a compromise or a middle ground so they can work hand in hand and that would be easier attained if there are certain regulations met. I fon't know, but for crypto to progress further, we have to remove misunderstandings between crypto and the government.

The government should be able to support all efforts related to crypto, because with government support, crypto will be able to develop more. When the government takes an important role, it can be said that crypto will be far more stable and have a regulatory certainty so that the circulation and use will be far more legally guaranteed.

There have been several incidences, most especially as regards the issues of hack of exchanges and several other forms of stolen funds, which has in turn cause down trend at some points in the crypto space.

If I should ask everyone what can be done to foster confidence, we will all have different things to say. Nonetheless, suggestions are welcome, but before that, I just feel that regulation is part of the main language that can restore.
Aside that, if exchanges have not started the process of insuring the funds on users on their platform, it will be good they start that.

Why are you sure that regulation can restore? to my knowledge that regulation has two possibilities a mitigating regulations and burdensome regulations. In my opinion to restore the trust in crypto especially to large investors, namely good news, an example when we know that world tennis players are investing in crypto I see volumes and fluctuations starting to rise and growing confidence in the market, while when binance loses 7k bitcoin after the news the market experiences correction even though binance can overcome it but we don't know what impact the news has in the future.

Scams are not only present in the crypto space, they are everywhere even in the real world so regaining the trust of the investors in this industry would be difficult especially if they have been scammed before. However, more and more investors are being careful in investing and this shows just how much interest they still have in the market thus wanting to learn. Especially with the rise in bitcoin, restoring the confidence of the investors is not impossible. Just like in games if someone suffers a loss, it is difficult for them to gamble again but if the game promises high return, they mighy be interested again.

I am agree, scams happen in any market or industry. I dont believe cryptocurrency is scam because market cap value already reach above $150billions and many big company join in this industry. If we are talking and taking the regulation to be the part of the main language, I think what we needed to consider on it is the way how people will going to use it naturally and to avoid such detractors such as massive selling of cryptos.
