So what is going on?
Nothing but rejects for me solo'ing.
Pool connects for a couple mins then dc and i loose all shares.

If you solo, you'll get mostly rejects but the diff is slowly making its way up. Soon (in a couple hours) it should settle down. It seems to me it is much easier to get blocks on SHA256 with ASIC...
