Invest any time?

I have read so many times where people keep saying that "all time is good for investment".
Personally, I disagree with that statement, and I believe when you look at it from my prism you will also agree with me.
Take a look at this scenario and judge for yourself.
Mr March is a newbie in cryptosphere and he has $2000 he would want to invest in Cryptocurrency.
He also plan using the $2000 to sort out some financial needs in a months time.
After going through his friends suggestion regarding the coin he should invest on.....he went for April coin.
On checking the market price of April coin, it was discovered that the price is at it's all time high.
The coin was $3 before but $10 now.
Considering he only want to do a month investment.
Will it then be wise to ask him to buy the coin at the present price or wait for the price to fall ?
Do you still believe that all time is good for investment?

Listen mate, there is no time perfect in order to invest.
The only thing that works with investment amd trading is to have presence of mind.
Before investing in a particular coin just look to it's growth for one or two week. Then decide to invest on the coin according to your budget.
Remember you can face loss also. So be prepared for that accordingly.
If you want to face minimal loss also want to get minimum profit then i would suggest you to invest in stable coins as they are best for the mentioned work.

Firstly, the words all time are good for investment in crypto currency is a tricky statement and only the smart one can understand because the statement was actually used to explain the logical growth or movement in price of crypto market. This is why I say sometime crypto trading is not meant for everybody and I believed this was also the reason why one of the smart crypto investor and enthusiast said "crypto are made for machine not human".
With that been said, every time are good for crypto investment for this is not applicable for everybody except the experience and smart traders.

If your hypothetical person is looking for a return within one month then that very definitely is not what I'd call investment. That's trading or gambling. That requires a completely different strategy, mind set and approach compared to someone who's looking several years ahead.

Well, it depends really.
If you believe that btc price will again grows considerably, and even much more than before, let's say $ 100 000 or more than it's still very cheap to buy bitcoin now
Of course, if you are not so confident in such scenario than wait that btc price drop and than buy cheap and sell high.

Yes the time depends on the person and the kind of amount that is going to allocate by the investor but it doesn't mean that any time can provide you huge profits because market condition in a particular time can decide the profit margin level depending on a bearish trend or a bull run and also the price of a currency so smart investors can definitely make profits in any time but the margin can vary

The phrase remains true. The problem with your example is that he didn't invest wisely.
Same with people who invest in bitcoin when it was at ATH. They are screaming "why didn't I invest in bitcoin when it was at a lower value?!" yet when the price is low now we don't see: "I bought bitcoins now!".

Not necessarily. While definitely not the best idea, there's nothing wrong with buying in at an all time high. If you're planning on holding for years or decades and if you're expecting BTC to reach 6 digit dollar numbers anyway, then the few thousand dollars only has a small(though still significant) effect to your potential profits. People have bought on all time highs before in the lower hundreds in the past, but they're still in a great position right now. It just really depends on how long you're planning on actually holding.

The way I understand it, your post is not an example of "all the time" but "ANY time". Investing all the time is putting money on your investment on a regular basis. This will counter the fluctuation on its value. In this way, you will always get the best price.

In your example, the person just invested one time on the coin and thrown a hail mary that the price will rise. The person does not even have a personal understanding of his investment because he relied on his friend's suggestions. This just shows that he has a poor understanding of investing and should have probably have invested in educating himself first.

Investing any time is still the best but it matters the project one is investing in. If one invests in a good project, even though the price drops because of the bearish market, it will definitely rise back on a long time. Although in a bad market situation, it's better to either invest in bitcoin or a good relatively stable coin that is not readily affected by the market volatility to mitigate heavy losses.

Needs to learned how to handle things just in case your position didn't work well, people needs to remember that timing is the best companion around this market, knowing when to place your position and when to close it out, the moment that you already understand this things the better for your investment journey, there's  time frame as long as you have nerved to take the risk.

You can invest even if you believe the price may fall. So, yes, invest whenever you can. Or rather, save. Save money by avoiding spending it and invest to have a bigger return in the future.

In this price range that is holding steady, I personally believe that at any time is the ideal to buy. And that's what I'm doing. Unfortunately, regarding to Bitcoin, I do not think there is any major technological advance in the short term. We can only await acceptance and greater use by society.

Of course, even if everyone tells the same thing about investing, one should still follow what their guts say and always practice due diligence on what they're doing, especially when it involves risking your money in exchange for profits. On the scenario that you've given, I don't think that everyone on their sane mind would even consider buying into a coin that's already reached its peak, especially in a sphere wherein most coins are being pumped and dumped on the regular. Even if March wanted to hold the coins only for a month, during that time the top may have already blown itself off and instead of profits, March may not see profits but rather chase losses in the end.

I think there are have been times that will be good and bad to invest. Before you conduct your investment try to look if the market is in good condition because it will help you to avoid losing money and to earn huge income.

I strongly agree with your opinion, investing one coin on the market is something that must be considered first. the most important thing is to be able to observe graphics / analytics in the future so as not to get caught up in losses.

That depends on the coin and the coin you have given as an example is total not a familiar one. I wouldn't invest to those kind of coins and your money is at the highest risk if you will depend with those kind of coins. The usual strategy that everyone does is to wait for the lowest price before buying, buy low, sell high.

It is not always necessary to invest immediately , I would advise to be out of the market, now the market can show a bearish trend , I think you need to carefully choose the entry point especially in bitcoin

Yes the right timing is also the key.
But that is one problem with crypto currencies. You just dont know when it will rise or when it will fall and that is also why they are telling you that every time is a wise time to buy.

Look, does he know that the certain example of token you mentioned will grow to $10? No!, he just saw it at present time.

Of course investing at the appropriate time is better than just jumping into the market because the money is available. As far as cryptocurrency is concern, if you enter at ATH, you might hit a retracement that you might be surprise will change the direction of the market against you. Take for example with bitcoin, people bought at ATH in December 2017/early January 2018 with the expectation for further high highs but market crashed. Hence, for those people who invested then, it was a wrong timing and so, they are either holding with losses or have sold with outright loss.

I invest in cryptocurrency assets whenever I have extra funds. I believe very much in this new sphere of the world economy!

The basic rule when it comes to any financial investment is that you cannot set a time period to cash out, it must depend upon the market situation and nothing else if you are looking for a profit, for every investment the price is an important factor and never invest when the price is at an all time high valuation, invest when the market is low in any financial market and wait for the long hold.

We say anytime is a good time to invest because the market looks cyclical and that  at any point in time, it may turn in your favour. However, this principle is true only for long term investment and not short term investments.
It is always right to jump into the market at the right time.
