Gambling just for fun sounds good but in real life nobody gambles just for fun, the aim is to make some extra cash.  If we can see gambling as fun, it will be much better since it gives peace of mind, when you lose, you won't be so bothered. People taking gambling as a job is not so cool.

Not so cool as they will keep trying to win against the house and will endangered them with high chances of losing, if a person can really play only for fun then he's safe being too much addicted and will only gives him relaxation since he's only finding things to enjoy and not being bothered whether he will win or loses all the way.

If you have a mindset that gambling is your source of income, then you get so attached that you become an addict. Your point is valid, one should see gambling as fun and not a source of livelihood. With that ease of mind, you make more wins since you play with a free mind.

Unless you are a casino operator or a bookie, then gambling is not your source of income. Okay, you might be a marketer or a writer for sports betting, but your income is a salary rather than actually on the gambling itself,,, so yeah, unless you earn from house edge or investing in bankroll, you are not getting income from gambling.

You can never talk to a person to play gambling just for fun only and no hidden agenda if money is naturally involved in it, They will always tend to target that desire to win for money, You can not blame them that is the human emotion and playing with human emotions sometimes cover our judgment and decisions making, That is up to a person on what kind of approach he will do in playing gambling, But I really think you can give advise when you had a relationship with him or her,

Different gamblers have different goals when they gamble. Most of them gamble for money and profit while some are gambling just for fun but you can't blame them if they have a different perspective when regards to gambling. This is one mistake of gamblers. They see gambling as their source of income that is why they are getting addicted into it. I think we can't blame them because it is how they think about it but I think gambling is only a source of fun and entertainment and not a source of income.

We have a different perspective to someone who get addicted on gambling and we are who use gambling just for fun. Gambling addict will see that gambling place are a promising place to earn money because they know the way to make it happens. Where we are who didn't know how the way to earn a lot of money from gambling will considered it as an entertainment place. I think there is gambling addict who got a lot of wealth through gambling.

Yes, gambling can make man destitute at any time. Gambling is just for fun only. Gambling is not a way to make money. I know many people play gambling to earn money. But it should not be done at all. Gambling will have to play for fun. Humor pressure can never be taken if you lose in gambling. Remember gambling is just a simple game that is fun to play. Never invest more money in gambling. If you invest a lot more in gambling then you can be destitute.

Gambling is never a way to make money. That is the worst way to look at gambling. It will surely bring you to a destitute state. In fact, if you are really into it, you have to make sure that you have a better flow of income despite your gambling vice and losses. Otherwise, it cannot be prevented that even the funds intended for some other purposes such as education, vacation, food, and so on might be affected. I would even claim that gambling to a certain extent is a vice proper only for the rich.

I don't think so, more likely the opposite because I believe the best chance to earn money is you have to know how to control yourself and do the right strategy, when you are an addict, ,you don't effectively use your strategy as you gamble based on your feels and emotion.

you cant become rich if you dont gamble oftenly  . rich gamblers are also an addict gamblers but they knew how to control thier selves  . addict isnt the right term for them but pro is more better to the ears  .

Even though we are too positive with our self but we don't do anything to work it well, it simply is nothing and we can just rely on luck as it is not present all the time. Thus, gambling isn't a place to rely upon financial resources but to consider as a place that we could enjoy playing.

Agree, making gambling as an expectation to make more money will only end up destitute. Take advantage of gambling wisely in your own way, because if gambling is just to make a profit it will make playing chaotic because of the increasing pressure of emotions and that of course will have a bad impact in the end for your life.

Instead of gambling to have a breather, the gambler is already eaten up whole by gambling itself. Gambling becomes irresistible resulting to addiction. This is going to be very hard to control. A lot of people misunderstand the problems of addiction. It is not about being lazy, it is not about being problematic et cetera. Studies show that people who suffer from addiction have something deficient in the way their minds understand logical thought. So a gambler does not see the problem of losing continually,,, and casinos take advantage of this.

Tough everytime I see this type of thing, we can only offer support and like drinking, be a friend. Tell them to stop when you see it.

Very well said, gambling is suppose to be for fun and if you are not addicted which means you have control of yourself that you can still think positive and look at the good side of things despite your loss but if your main reason to gamble is to make money then you'll be stress thinking what if your gonna lose and if indeed you will lose you will get pressured on how to recover the money that was lost. Supporting them and let them realize only work for the initial stage of addiction and also they are getting addicted to something mostly when they feel lonely so obviously no one is going to take care of them if they lose more money and endanger their health as well.
