ETH prices are quite stable at this time. if you sell it, I think it's useless that it will make the market price worsen. wait until the eth market price rises, I think it's a wise decision. if you sell for altcoin investments I think the results will be the same. altcoin movement always same as btc or eth. unless you sell to make cash that a choice.

in my own opinion it's depends if the altcoin you want to switch is good than ethereum because it's a bad idea if you want to move and the alts you looking forward is very unstable like other alt coin.   So make a technical analysis first and make comparison between wherein good to put money and not good to assure there's no regrets after all.

Ethereum have a huge potential of crypto community. But it takes too much time to improve in this year so better hold for long term or sell it soon, because again market will move to forward and we see some bull run soon. I suggest to participate on Binance coin because this makes 2x hype on this year so we will earn more profit in short term.
