Hi all!

Happy Birthday Bytecoin!
Congratulations for becoming one year older!

Thank you for showing high level development,
bringing the CryptoNote technology to public and
giving birth to many forks.

I think it is good to organize some give-away holiday!

I need no hope, I made the prediction and estimated the risks.

BCN is obviously safe asset.
So I'm spending 33% of all my computers' power to mine Bytecoin.
Reasonable diversification.

Hi there !
Found out here http://bytecoiner.org/ you have a birthday. Good for you!

I think it is important feature to bring CPU-mining. It looks like more eco.

I mined just a few, but I hope the exchange rate will grow!

Good morning! interesting news since the very morning. Not an anniversary, but a CPU-mining idea. I didn't think about it before.. sounds interesting.

Is it because Bytecoin implementation is such or all CryptoNote currencies are more 'ecological'?

They're just designed to be CPU mined though there are already GPU miners which are not economically efficient (as it was originally proposed by CryptoNote). You can argue whether it is ecological or spurs botnet attack (like in Monero), but the idea was to make every miner equal.

transfer <mix> <address> <amount> <payment_id>

Usually I use mixing count of 0... No need to hide anything. So...

Explain your inclusion of payment_id in your description of how to do a transfer since it would seem that only three arguments are needed, and one would not need to specify whatever payment_id is to issue a transfer command.

For example, in bytecoin wallet, if you type the word: transfer  (and hit enter) then what you get is the following:

"Error: wrong number of arguments, expected at least 3, got 0"

This implies that only mix (a number from 1 - 10), the public address to where you want to send, and the amount of bytecoin are needed.

This is borne out by the following references:

https://wiki.bytecoin.org/wiki/Wallet_commands  (See the transfer command arguments, there are three)

http://bytecoiner.org/guides.php#l6 (Under the 'Transactions and Buying' section [note that the mix number shows as 1-100 but should show as 1-10]).  There are three arguments.  payment_id does not show up.

That currency is truly eco...

Looking forward what it going to happen in 3 years.

Indeed, I am mining on extreme with 3 minerd's and 2 Claymores - no issues at all.

Have you tried new pool?

Now there is a few people there, in case it's going to be well promoted and there would be more people and no bugs I would probably mine there.

It seems to me that the unique feature it has is that you can mine Fantom unlike Extreme or Minergate

FCN fans must be happy to get first pool to mine Fantom.
I am curious why the developer added Fantomcoin and didn't add Moneta Verde coin??
