yes I agree with your opinion, 3 things that are always there in us when we make a sale or buy in cryptocurrency. the first is emotion, when we make a sale it is usually caused by panic about the price going down and we want to sell it immediately because we are afraid the price will go down. the second is a lack of knowledge, so a lack of knowledge in a person will cause someone to sell their beloved coins, because they do not have analytical skills or good trading strategies, so they cannot speculate in the future.
the third is hope, indeed when someone sells their beloved coins sometimes they think is the price will go down and they want to buy when the price is as they expect, but the reality that happens is not as they expected.

Good for you if you found out that kind of investment, as per me, I am fine with investment which gives return of 3-10% for a short period of time, as most of the time I don't hold long term (except Bitcoin) , I usually invest at short term.
