They are improving and building their software constantly. At first I tried load my account with euro and this failed but after update no problem anymore, then I transmitted little ether to 2gether account and this was speedy. But there is the thing that your crypto private keys are on their custody! Overall my trust is growing and their app on mobile devise is pleasure to use.

Card delivering took couple of weeks but this was very beginning maybe now this goes quicker.
