There is no list or application process yet. For now tokens are added at our own discretion wit community input (we give a selection and the community can vote which can be added), but a smooth listing application or voting system will be a feature in the future. We'd be happy to hear feedback or input

to help a friend i brought some ltc with a competing app with my 2gether visa, it was working nicely.

but the other company charged me 3,5% free to buy with credit card.
on my 70€ purchase i had to pay ~€2,50 in fees extra.

2gether does not charge fees and ill never pay them again

worst of it all, the other company is still keeping my ltc frozen.
after i brought it i send a withdraw request... pending for 16h now.

this is not crypto. its old school banking.

is 24/7 support really too much to ask?

you are right. i dont want people to understand this the wrong way,
as far as i know 2gether doesnt charge extra fees and i hope it will stay this way.

i guess its mainly because you are loading up your eur fiat wallet first and buy crypto from fiat wallet at the best trading prices.

at the other company i could directly buy litecoin with the creditcard, i believe if i would have used my fiat wallet it would not have cost extra.

btw, withdawl still pending

and shortly back to the fees,
for me it was only €2,50, i didnt buy much. with $1000 worth of coins and $35 fee i would be pissed. at $10k i would look at other solutions for sure.
the fee is too high in my opinion but it is also complete offtopic. last word on this, guess im used to crypto fees xD

hey 2gether i have a somewhat important suggestion.

let me start at the beginning:

1. my highspeed volume is emtpy, provider should provide me with slow net, but in reality its almost impossible to use.
2. i recently changed my phone, so the pin to my card was in the sms of the other phone.

so i needed a new sms with pin but without internet i wasnt able to login to the app and request a new pin.
i needed a pin because i was about to fill up my car with gas and it wasnt going to be cheap.

i had no chance to use my 2gether card. i know its my fault for not knowing the pin.
but there has to be a better way.

and the app should somewhat work without internet if possible.

The card already works without internet, like any other normal visa/mastercard card. The only moment when you need internet is if you want to check payments or request a new pin number, or top up with fresh money.

yes the card doesnt need internet. but the app does 100% that maybe could change to 80% ?!
you need internet to login and to check your balances. that could be changed.
you also need internet if you want to change the visa coin payment account. that maybe could be possible via call or sms.
request a pin could be too. topup via sepa soon.

i also noticed percunia webpages are complete in spanish. maybe that could change in the long run too.

i think here is €25 untill you need a pin.
my full tank was around €70, so i would have only needed 3 rounds.
haha, last rest i maybe do it, this time i just choose a different card.
its always good to have options.

and thats what i want to let every reader here know:

its always good to have options open.
order a card for 10€ even if you dont want to use it now,
in my experience people always want to cash out immediately after a bullrun,
but you cant and have to wait untill your "option" clears.

better build the road before you bulls run.
